Ich und Mom blieben 13-17.10.23 auf einer Angela-Trainer-Ferienreise. Ich habe die Bewertungen gelesen und war, zumindest, ein wenig besorgt, aber ich werde immer warten, mich zu sehen. Ich bin nicht sicher, warum Menschen solche negative Bewertungen gestellt haben. Wir hatten Tee und Kaffee bei der Ankunft, unsere Zimmer waren bereit und ich und Mom hatte ein großes Zimmer ( Zimmer 90 ) mit heißem Handtuchschienen und Heizung, da es ein bisschen chilly.Tee Kaffee heiße Schokolade und Kuchen. Unser Gepäck wurde in unsere Zimmer genommen und beim Abreisen gesammelt. Alle von der Rezeption bis zur Hauspflege bis zum Restaurant waren freundlich. Wir hatten 1 Handtücher fehlen und Teebeutel aus unserem Zimmer, die nach dem Abendessen überhaupt keine Probleme gesammelt wurden. Das Essen von Abendessen bis zum Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Eine besondere Dankbarkeit für Carol ( Entschuldigungen, wenn der Name falsch ist ), die sich nach Mutter mit ihrer glutenfreien Diät beobachtete und auch am Morgen einen Toast gekauft, ohne zu fragen und Mutter war sehr froh mit diesem besonderen Touch. Danke. Beurteilen Sie nicht einen Ort nur auf Bewertungen, ja einige Leute haben vielleicht eine andere Erfahrung, aber das ist ein Einzelne Jobs und suchen, um unsere Aufenthalte so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und Fragen zu beantworten. Danke für das gesamte Personal im Tiverton Hotel.
