STAY AWAY!!! 🚩🚩🚩  I booked a night for my birthday and so far it has been the worst experience .First red flag was when I received multiple texts from Rob to update my billing address to confirm the reservation. When I called back, he yelled and said he had already updated the information and to stop calling. I didn't think much of it. Later I find out that was the owner. Today I called to ask about rebooking due to poor weather. When Rob finally got back to me, he rudely let me know that he didn't control the weather and that the 90 year old land lord has no compassion for me on my birthday. He was smug, dismissive and unwilling to help me in anyway.He then cut me off, said "OK See you Wednesday! "And hung up on me. When I called back to get his full name,he refused to give it to me. A piece of advice Rob... Act like a business owner. Work on your communication and customer service skills. Learn empathy, offer alternatives, make the customer feel heard, use positive language or just find a more suitable job for your horrible personality. No need to respond, Though I'm sure you won't be able to help yourself.

SCAM. Please don’t book these suites, we booked through *********** and the company claim they don’t have our money, yet the money has come out of the bank account. They take your money and don’t give it back when it’s meant to be free cancellation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Luckily managed to put in a claim with ***********, but don’t trust this awful establishment. They’re just heartless scammers

Horriiiible: la chambre n’était pas bien nettoyée, le matelas du canapé lit devait faire 5 cm, nos adolescentes sentaient les ressorts et impossible de dormir sans boule quies, la climatisation faisant un bruit infernal. Le pire c’est que la propriétaire nous a dit que c’était normal et que nous étions exigeants. Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit et pour le même prix nous avons du réservé, pour la suite de notre séjour à Miami, dans un hôtel réellement face à la mer dans un bel immeuble avec un service hôtelier impeccable, une piscine bien fréquentée, entièrement à notre charge, car elle n’a rien voulu nous rembourser sur les 6 nuits prévues! C’est une honte, notre erreur est de n’avoir pas regardé les avis avant!!! Pire expérience vécue. A éviter, j’aurai mis 0 si cela avait été possible.
