Nicht wirklich ein Hotel. Sie vermieten in einem anderen Hotel unter, sodass Ihnen die Rezeption nicht weiterhelfen kann und Sie nicht die gleichen Vorteile genießen wie in einem Hotel. Es ähnelt eher einem Airbnb. Die Einheit ist schön und geräumig. Die Lage ist praktisch.

Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten. Die Zimmer waren nicht in einem tollen Zustand, der Whirlpool war völlig unbenutzbar. Der Buchungsprozess über SBV unterscheidet sich von dem eines Hotels, wird jedoch als einer dargestellt. Z Ocean ist das Hotel, aber Ihre Annehmlichkeiten sind nicht mit dem Hotel verbunden. Dies wurde nach dem Auschecken zu einem Problem, als wir eine Tasche in unserem Zimmer ließen. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage, einen Schlüssel bereitzustellen oder die Tür wieder zu öffnen. Ein einfacher Prozess wurde komplizierter und zeitaufwändiger. Ich würde dieses Hotel nie buchen, da es in der Gegend bessere Möglichkeiten gibt. Wenn Sie jedoch hier übernachten, würde ich Ihnen persönlich empfehlen, über das Hotel zu buchen.

Der Besitzer schickte mir per E-Mail einen Code an Öffnen Sie die Tür, aber es funktionierte nicht. Als ich die Telefonnummer anrief, bekam ich einen Anrufbeantworter, sodass ich vor meiner Suite stand und nicht einchecken konnte und niemand verfügbar war, um das Schloss neu zu programmieren.

Schönes Zimmer, Penthouse mit Whirlpool, Wasser war etwas grün und nicht alle Arbeiten am Whirlpool, aber es war ein guter Aufenthalt und eine gute Gegend

This is a bait and switch 'hotel' DO NOT STAY here. They are rude. They do now answer their phones. They said I would receive a refund for the room I was not promised. (an ocean view that was literally in a DARK corner surrounded by other suits balconies. No Privacy. No ocean view. No Ocean Drive view. Nothing like the pictures. The rooms are old and dirty. Pay a bit more and stay at a real hotel. This was nonrefundable but it was so bad I had to switch hotels. They promised a refund but now that I disputed they say there will be extra charges because I disputed. STAY AWAY!

Amazing vacation the places it’s beautiful and the location it’s amazing. Very clean and the view it’s breathtaking .. the cleaning staff very very good and friendly sbd the management were really prompt and easy to reach and communicate. I highly recommended this place

Made reservations for 7 days, for my husband and I's 25th wedding anniversary. Even though we were told in advance that the hot tub didn't provide the jets, we thought the balcony with the chairs, the outside upstairs lounge area would be enough to make up for that. We knew it was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, but this should NOT be advertised as a penthouse. The room is cleaned like a 10yr old cleans. There's greasy marks on the doors, gross food or fecal marks all over the walls, there was gum on the sitting chair, candy on the dusty floor, the rainshower shower head didn't work, and the most disturbing part, my husband reached into the safe, only to pull out a DIRTY SYRINGE!!! An actual needle that had what looked like cloudy liquid inside of it. How in the world can you say you cleaned a room with all that in there?!? That could've been a lethal moment in our lives, rather than a peaceful celebration which is what we wanted. We tried calling for room service, no answer, only to be told later their phones aren't working. But the way to call room service...? The phone across from the toilet!!! Why? After night 1 was over, and we got no sleep from the horrific hard bed, the pillows that were laughable and the bedding that seemed dirty too, we decided to pay the money to move hotels. When I told the managing people what happened, she asked if she could simply change us to a different room, that she guaranteed had no syringes, and said we could check out the room before we changed, to verify it was clean. THAT'S NOT MY JOB!! I paid $3500 and expected to have a clean room with no leftover ***** from previous tenants, I shouldn't have to check for them. I've added photos, so they can't say I've made this up. We were in that room from 7pm on Thur to 1130am on Fri. This was such a mistake. My husband and I don't stay at pretentious hotels, we enjoy low-key, but CLEAN places. This was outlandishly unacceptable on every level. If you're a 20yr old group, looking to party, go ahead, it's a spot to try out. If you're a couple in your 40s, I imagine it's exactly opposite of what you're hoping for. Considering we stayed less than 24hrs, I would be quite impressed if they offered any sort of refund considering we left due to the absolute despicable fact that we were put in direct danger from a possible **** or disease infested syringe. I won't take the chance to stay there and be put in that position. I travel once a month for my company, and we use so many hotels. I know that this one will never be on our companies list of hotels. And I'll be sure that I tell all who listen how this place runs their rooms. Please beware when choosing this for your vacation.

This place is a horrible. I had reserved this room to find out the hard way. I had left and rented something else after opening the door. I had found bed bugs, roaches, hair all over the bed and bathroom, very unsanitary, hot tub doesn't work, shower nasty, no communication will any staff members besides a little texting, they ignore your concern and needs. Like i said earlier i had to leave and find something else. After me finding the things i was still focused to pay with no refund at all not even a sorry from any one associated with SBV. This is not a luxury hotel it's just all lies and false advertising to get you to commit and then they take your money and leave you with no options. You don't even have a accurate way to unload your belongings along with no parking unless you pay $50.00 per day at a different hotel. Take my warnings and stay away. They had taken almost $1,200.00 from my card and no matter what the situation nor what you find or see in their rooms you will not receive 1 dime back. So save yourself time and money and stress and stay away and do more research. I would never ever stay there.

Absolutely love the location, the pool and hot tub were fabulous, Best shower we've ever had. I Highly Recommend to everyone and we will be back for sure!
