Ich hatte eine erste Veranstaltung in diesem Hotel und es war eine a-andere Erfahrung als alle Holidayinn, die ich kenne, und das ist, weil ihre Mitarbeiter im Restaurant Captain Agustín und Carlos unterscheiden, Bety Küche und sein Team von Käfig immer aufmerksam und mit einem Lächeln in ihren Augen. Im Veranstaltungsbereich befinden sich Jenifer, Paola, Karla und Captain Carlos, zusammen mit Israel und Eduardo immer im Widerspruch zu den Bedürfnissen der Gruppe und mit einer großen Kundendienststellung, einschließlich Dr. Mario aus öffentlichen Bereichen mit der gleichen Einstellung. Das macht das Hotelumfeld in den entsprechenden Bereichen ein Erfolg für die Veranstaltungen Danke für die Mitarbeit und die Bereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter

Ich war von dem Ort fasziniert, der Service ist ausgezeichnet, der Preis ist für die Gegend sehr erschwinglich und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es verfügt über eine Terrasse und ein sehr komfortables Dach. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet, alles war sauber, sowohl mein Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche. Der Ort ist im Allgemeinen sehr schön!

Es ist sehr bequem, zu Fuß zu Koyoakan Bahnhof und Markt zu kommen. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag warm gespeist. Ich spreche nicht Spanisch, aber ich kann es auch, weil er mir gut geht.

Das Quick Hotel kann nicht zu hohe Anforderungen haben, die Einrichtungen sind sehr alt und die Wäsche kann sagen, es ist gut. Die Hotel-Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch! Es gibt auch kostenlose Autos, die zum Supermarkt gehen können!

Ich dachte, es war ein großes günstiges Hotel. Große Zimmer und mit allem, was man braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist gut. Sehr nahe Rom Zentrum. Der Preis ist gut. Es gibt einen guten Kaffee vor. Sie haben einen Parkplatz und behalten Ihre Taschen, wenn Sie sie brauchen.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

Ich gebe dieses Hotel 5 Sterne aus einigen sehr einfachen Gründen. Es hat eine gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, es ist ein neues Gebäude, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, die Zimmer komfortabel und im Allgemeinen sehr sauber. Das Bett war fantastisch, Handtücher von anständiger Qualität, und die Ausstattung war eine gute Marke. (CO Bigelow). Ich habe einen Start genommen, weil sie sich auf Orbitz und Expedia als ”VIP Access” Hotel für Menschen mit Elitenstatus mit Orbitz (oder Expedia) anmelden, von dem ich Platinum bin. Sie haben keine Upgrade, keine späte Auscheckung oder gar nicht erwähnt, dass ich ein Platinum-Mitglied von Orbitz war oder dass sie am VIP Elite-Programm teilnehmen. So etwas Enttäuschung und sie sollten nicht als VIP Elite Hotel mit Orbitz oder Expedia aufgeführt werden, wenn sie nicht ehren, was sie sagten, sie würden. (Weil sich auf diese Weise auflisten helfen ihnen, mehr Kunden wie mich anzuziehen.) Seien Sie ehrlicher Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto Hotel.

The Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico is a new hotel. Its newness shows in any number of ways, both good and bad. First the good: Staff were all friendly. And my room was shiny new and free of signs of wear. Everything in the room worked perfectly. It is true that the room was rather small and that the view was mostly of a blank wall. Since I was by myself and did not spend much time in the room during the day, these latter issues didn’t bother me very much. There were, however, some issues that were also perhaps related to the hotel’s newness. The cleaning staff didn’t empty the wastebasket on the first day and didn’t replenish the Nespresso pods on the second. Perhaps they should start working from a checklist … ? Also, breakfast was only available half an hour later than advertised. And, oddly, only certain guests were offered omelettes. And, as someone who doesn’t eat meat, I was bothered by a cheese-and-luncheon-meat plate on which the cheese and luncheon meat were piled on top of each other. I would also have appreciated labels on the four stew-like dishes on offer—I couldn’t tell what they contained. There is also the issue of billing. When I checked in at 3 p.m., I was asked to pay the entire bill—no problem there. But, when I arrived in my room, I found an e-mail from hotel management informing me that, because the hotel was extra busy, I’d already been charged for day 1. It’s true that I’d opted for a “flexible” rate which required me to agree to pay for the first day whether I showed up or not, but it was a little startling to be charged for a no-show before the earliest possible check-in time—and then charged again when I checked in. It took a week for the double charge to disappear from my credit-card statement. I can’t believe Accor would have approved of this billing procedure. The thing that most bothered me about the hotel was the absence of a minibar. The TripAdvisor website—and also the websites of several booking agencies—all claim that rooms in the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico have minibars. The Accor website, I’ll admit, doesn’t. But I guess I’ve come to expect that hotels of a certain class would have minibars. And I missed having one, not for overpriced drinks, but for the groceries I bought. I wasn’t, in other words, very enthusiastic about the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico, although I acknowledge that, with a few changes, it could most definitely be turned into a very good hotel.
