This is my fourth stay at this hotel. Each time the staff, service and rooms have been excellent. It is not an american style hotel. It is a top notch Mexican hotel with charm and style. Looking forward to trip number five.

Helpful staffs but guest's only 2 towels are in very used up condition. Toilet has very unpleasant smell during stay.

The perfect & ideal place to stay. The service was outstanding and is located in the perfect spot in terms of having everything near such as coffee shops, restaurants, parks, banks/ATM, entertainment and more. Is also private enough location wise that it feels safe at night.

Amazing Apartment located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery. Walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be returning.

I chose this property because they advertised that there was Air conditioning. However, when we arrived there was a notice on the AC that it was in maintenance. I contacted the people in charge and did not offer any solution besides a fan. I was not able to sleep well during my 7 day stay. No compensation was offered and AC was not fixed. Therefore, l would give it a lower rating.

Room very pretty as well as the property. Good location as well. One thing I really did not like is the room Aircon was under maintenance and the weather was very hot. If I knew it I wouldn't have booked this room. the property contacted me and said they would show up to apologize at my check out but guess what ... nobody showed up. One last thing please do not advertise free bottle of wine at arrival if there is none.

This was a great property. The room was very clean and had everything we need for our stay. It is very close to lots of restaurants and easy walking to a couple of parks.
The only negative would be, our in room coffee was not replenished daily.
