Your Home Away From Home In Beautiful Mexico Beach!!!

The FlipFlop is a 2 story town home located in the Palms of Mexico Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a large open living space and is located in a quiet community with a shared pool. The home is 1,320 square feet and sleeps up to 6 people. "FlipFlop" is just 1/2 mile from the beautiful white-sand beaches of Mexico Beach. There is parking for 2 vehicles but no overflow parking. There is a grass area where you can park an extra vehicle or boat/trailer just a few steps from the door. We have two exterior security cameras. One is located on the front porch and monitors the porch and parking area. The other camera is located on the backside of the home and monitors the backyard space. These are for our protection as well as our guests. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No fireworks or firearms allowed on property. Do not move or rearrange the furniture. Community quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. No pets allowed..The person booking the reservation must be staying in the unit for the entire stay.
