Grand Hotel Moon Valley

從Seiano車站出來，要沿公路上坡，大約要步行10幾分鐘才能到達酒店。這個酒店很適合辦Party，有游泳池、酒吧、花園、大型自助餐廳，我們住酒店期間正好有人在辦一場18歲的慶典活動。 酒店所在地方周邊沒什麼服務設施，就歺困難，酒店會建議選擇他們的自助歺（人均30歐）。 相比於阿瑪爾菲和波西塔諾這樣熱門地方的海景房的天價，這裏的海景房價格就相當親民，而且有火車和巴士很方便去到上面2個地方，所以當初的選擇Seiano是對的，從這裏還能很方便去龐貝。 酒店房間沒有熱水壺、一次性拖鞋、洗漱杯子居然提供2個薄薄的一次性紙杯，連玻璃杯都沒有，開眼了。房間也不提供瓶裝水。 歺廳很大可以看海景但早歺品種一般，沒得選擇。

We spent a week in the hotel,we visited the area as a part of culural trip . The hotel is in a beautiful environment ,but it's difficult to reach it,luckily we got Shuttle bus. If anyone looking for a culinary experience,here will be sorely disappointed. The breakfast was boring,allways the same selection ,probably the cheapest food ( ham, cheese,), no vegetables ,oly some tomato every day. There isn't ala cart ordering,you have choice only from A and B menus.The dinner was always bad, cheap and cold.Sometimes frozen food maybe from Lidl. Of course we complained to the Chef. Altough in this area grow lemons and other wonderful fruits everyweher, but the fruit srlection was very poor and limited in the hotel.We didn't see any lemons in the hotel .We bought lemons ourselfs for the fish dishes and tee in the supermarket. We ate delicious italien food only in the restorants, outside the Moon valley hotel.Otherwise the hotel was clean,but not te most modern,the Internet was very weak. The staff was ok.

3 good things about this hotel .. the pool, the cleanliness and the beds. everything else is awful. The Noise .. over a weekend we had a wedding, a private party, a christening and a teen disco. some people went to reception to complain about the late night noise and they weren't given any help. My impression is tourists come second to local private parties. The Hotel is on the main steep winding road to Sorrento and Naples and traffic is continuous. There is very little to do in the area without getting on a train or infrequent bus service. The Food .. breakfasts acceptable and plentiful. Dinners a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains with a vegetable buffet and 2 desserts. normally bland cooked dishes. I could go on but will finish by saying .. I will not be going back. Do your research, read reviews before booking this hotel

A lovely hotel. Very welcoming nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms cleaned every day.Beds are so comfy and have air con and a safe. You need to ask for tea making facilities if you require them. 3 choices of starter . mains and desert . Food was delicious they cater for all food allergies. The views are stunning especially pool side as you look on to mount vesuvius.There is a free shuttle bus to sorrento daily and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a nightclub not a hotel. The hotel staff are friendly enough but have no control or power over evening events that go on til at least 1am with extreme loud music. This is not the hotel you want for a relaxing holiday. The food is also poor and that’s being polite. Jet2 need to drop this hotel from their selection of choices in the Sorrento area Avoid!
