Rhi Porta Bologna

The internet page offers the wellness centre, but the swimming pool is closed, as well as the sauna. We found out later that both were out of order for at least one year. When we came for breakfast at 10.00 am (breakfast is served from 7,30 to 10,30) there wasn't any bread, no plates, no glasses or cups. Tables were full of dirty dishes left by guests. Next day we came at 9.00 am and situation was better, but there was nothing warm: no egs, saussages or anything similar, just two kinds of salamy, one kind of cheese, lots of croissants. When we asked for butter the waiter brought 4 (four) pieces (20 g) to our table (for 3 adult persons). The bathroom was equipped by thin cloths instead of towels. Next day we got towels. The worst hotel ever.

You can't imagine how negative this experience can possibly be. The hotel is not in Bologna or anywhere near Bologna. Trying to get to and from the hotel has resulted in countless hours and money spent on taxis and extra train tickets for when you miss the train because buses are rare and there are no taxis or Ubers...the hotel also won't help you in any way to get to and from their hotel so don't think you can rely on them. Most of the reception workers don't even speak English. The hotel itself maybe was 4 stars when it first opened in the 70s or 80s and hasn't been renovated properly since. It's in terrible shape. The rooms and beds look like a poorly maintained time capsule. The restaurant is a joke but luckily there was a decent restaurant across the street to eat at. We felt literally trapped here. Do yourself a favour and avoid it at all cost.

Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e professionale. La colazione offriva una buona varietà, con opzioni per tutti i gusti, cosi come il menù per i pasti principali. Le camere sono ampie e ben scaldate. Attualmente è in fase di ristrutturazione che certamente diminuisce il livello del hotel. Adatto per grandi meeting e manifestazioni che richiedono diverse stanze per organizzare incontri ed eventi in contemporanea.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Personale gentile e molto professionale. Ho mangiato una pizza fantastica e la colazione buonissima era molto abbondante e con opzioni per tutti i gusti. Camera non grandissima ma comoda e pulita. In posizione comoda sia per Ferrara che per Bologna. Lo consiglio

UNI SCHIFO ASSOLUTO ! Dalle camere alla cena , al servizio pessimo davvero. Pagamento anticipato richiesto, proprio perchè sanno che altrimenti non pagheresti 190€ per 2 notti per una matrimoniale PENIOSA, con una vista sui ponteggi e vespe che entrano in stanza , davanzale pieni di polvere. HO CHIESTO UN MINIMO DI RIMBORSO, a loro discrezione, MI È STATO NEGATO IN QUANTO AVEVO USUFRUITO DEL SERVIZIO. Eh grazie, l’evento era lì, che dovevo fare? Amcercare altro senza il tempo di farlo. ? FATE SCHIFO, , DOVETE CHIUDERE.

Ci siamo stati in 4 quadrupla che dire hotel in fase di ristrutturazione non come in foto camere con letti sfondati sporche e vecchie.il cibo in pensione completa , la colazione misera non c’era granché tra cui mini cornetti crema Nutella e marmellata tre crostate fette al latte marmellate e yogurt (no Nutella) lascio immaginare per i bambini come sia stato.il pranzo buffet somministrato di cui sempre freddo e sempre le stesse cose menù non cambiava sia al pranzo che alla cena buffet di contorni (freddi ) che se non venivano consumati te lo ritrovavi la sera nell’ arrosto frutta solo melone.personale scortese e maleducato mal organizzato solo l angolo pizza era ottimo mangiata l ultima sera (non compresa in pensione completa ) tra cui ricordo il signor Maurizio molto gentile e cordiale. (Le bevande incluse erano solo acqua di cui bottiglie aperte venivano rimesse in frigo e offerte di nuovo in tavola!)
