American Executive Inn Mesa

This would have to be the poorest hotel we have ever stayed in for $170. Does America have no standard or regulations that need to be upheld.?

New owners in the place and the regular receptionist has a dismissive attitude. Some rooms are quite nice and it’s a good deal but be careful, the ‘price’ starts at $44 but after taxes etc it sometimes becomes $75. It used to be about $52 but now it’s at least $62 no matter what the initial cost said. The last room was awful: clogged sink, floors dirty, the door could only be opened by the staff, apparently the key cards didn’t work so you would need to see the receptionist to enter. But other times it is nice.

It was nice and clean and very quiet but the water gor the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold there was no inbetween

Just off near downtown Mesa. Rooms are not huge but good if you're spending the night. For me the beds were the best part. Sunk into both in the different rooms I was in. Not the over plush or brick hard beds...just nice comfortable sheets and a...good bed. Honestly, didn't feel like I'd laid in a bed like this since I was a kid. I want one!!

The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

Not the best motel. Not very clean

we had a funeral and just needed to sleep and shower in morning and then she said there were no discounts if we went online and come to find out was 30 dollars cheaper she was rude to my sister not a place i would ever stay but my sister suggested was cheap and good to shower and sleep she was notnice customerservice at all weirdos coming up to us and cops already at someones room

The pool area was nice. Parking was adequate. The shower was hot. Though there was a kitchette, there was not any dishes silverware, cups ,pots, etc. The coffee maker was broke. Air conditioning was good. The floors were in need of a good cleaning. Bed was comfy. Staff was not friendly.

Great room, great prices, near downtown area! Perfect for next time I'm in the area again!
