Moin Moin, Sucht nicht weiter, nach paar Wochen in Marokko sind wir endlich zuhause im Riad Dar Morocco. Nagelneues Hotel (August 2022) alles funktioniert, Zimmer und Badezimmer vom Feinsten, die duche traumhaft. WLAN super stabil und überall erreichbar, sogar im Pool, was will man mehr! Service freundlich und kompetent. Internationale Küche, leckere Pommes und KALT Getränke. Gönn dir!

Neues Haus, alles sauber und neu. Sehr schön alles, die Belegschaft sehr freundlich. Touren in die Wüste können direkt gebucht werden. Dinner am Abend sehr empfehlenswert und qualitativ hochwertig. Einzig die Internetverbindung ist eine Katastrophe, was mitten in der Wüste nicht gut ist. Hieran sollte schnell gearbeitet werden.

Diese Reise war voller positiver Überraschungen! Schon die Ankunft in Marakesh brachte die erste Überraschung mit dem sehr professionellen und freundlichen Guide Ahmed, der uns durch die ganze Reise führte. Das Highlight war dann die Zeit in der Wüste, die wir in dem traumhaft schönen Hotel "DAR MOROCCO" verbrachten. Hier passte jedes Detail. Die Freundlichkeit, das super gute Essen, die Zimmer(Suiten) und vor allem die perfekte Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Wunderland der Sahara. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal und werde sicher wieder hier wohnen. Es ist perfect. Sonnenaufgang mit der Karawane der Dromedare, ein Ausflug mit den Quatt über die Dünen, mit Mittagessen in der Oase, ein Besuch bei einer Nomaden Familie und das alles mit sehr viel Spaß und Freude. Habe lange nicht so viel gelacht. Wunderschön! Renate

My agency suggested Dar Morocco, after checking over 20 other riads and ksar in Merzouga, I decided to go with their recommendation. Whilst we were driving to Merzouga, my driver got a call from them saying that they had problems with the air conditioning and therefore I had to spend the night in another riad. I was not happy about this but the weather was hot and I need air conditioning for a good night’s sleep. That other riad that Dar Morocco put me in was not nice at all, the riad, room and bathroom are old and shabby, apart from me there was only one other family staying there and the place was basically dead. I looked at the prices of both places and as expected the other place was a lot cheaper. I was informed that I could use their pool and have dinner at their riad, so after I checked in the other riad I headed over to Dar Morocco. The first receptionist I dealt with was pretty rude. I also found out that the air conditioning problem was an outright lie, basically they had overbooked and decided to make me go somewhere else, this was certainly very upsetting and disappointing. My agency showed me that they had booked my room months in advance and then messaged 2 weeks before my trip to reconfirm the room, how on earth Dar Morocco still messed up the bookings is beyond me and frankly, I find this unacceptable. After getting nowhere with that rude receptionist, another staff Salim was much more welcoming and friendly, showed me where to get change into my swimming suit, and let me know where the dining room is and what time dinner starts. Restaurant staff Mimon is also friendly and attentive. The 2 staff and the dinner (which was nice) are the only reasons for the 2 bubbles instead of 1. So if you book Dar Jasmine, just know that there’s a chance they may send you to another inferior accommodation.

Excellent service, arrived on the bus from Fes at 6am. They welcomed me in well in advance of my check-in time. They served me breakfast whilst I waited for my room to be ready and gave me a place to rest and keep my bags safe. They were very helpful during my stay. One night I said I was staying out late to photograph the stars, they knocked on my door later that evening to ensure I was back before locking the main door, very attentive. The manager also gave me a ride to the bus station on the last day of my stay, after giving me a place to wait until the bus departure. Room was clean and spacious, and it's very close to the sand dunes, less than 5 minute walk. My recommendation is to stay here, I will definitely be back.

Beautiful isolated hotel. Pool was inviting and very refreshing. Bring your own water and wine. They did have beer, but you have to ask. It was a set dinner with camel as the main entree so be careful when you tell them you eat everything. Salad was excellent. Room was comfortable and large. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The facility and the location are 5 stars. The service gets 6 stars. We had the pleasure of being served well Mamouine. He also taught us some Berber language, and a couple of good jokes. Salim helping us with laundry was so appreciated.Thanks

Stunning is a good place to start. Dar Morocco is a gem at the foothills of the Sahara. Flew from NYC to change up the pace, and absolutely surpassed my expectations. The room was so beautiful and spacious. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, and there are beautiful doors that open up into the Sahara! We took several strolls out into the beautiful Saharan dunes in the evenings. It's the Oasis you didn't think you needed, and now you are not sure how you are going to live without it. Truly! They have breakfast and dinner ready every day. The local flavors and spices in every dish served is incredibly delicious. The staff was so attentive, but in particular Salim. Salim was incredible; anything that we needed, he was there, making it happen for us. If we were relaxing near the pool, he would greet us with drinks and the best Moroccan tea. If we wanted to go out, he arranged whichever tour or adventure we wanted to go on. I cannot recommend him highly enough; he truly elevated an already memorable trip. So when you find yourself at this gem, make sure you connect with Salim!

We had a nice stay here in this beautiful hotel near Sahara desert! Good location, nice hotel, decorated beautifully, rooms are spacious, nice facilities, clean, good and fresh foods, and friendly staff!!! definitely recommend to friends and family!
