The owner is quite fierce in making the rules. If there is a smell of cigarettes in the room and bathroom, a fine of IDR 200,000 will be imposed. If you wash your car with a bucket in the bathroom you will be fined. Wiping the car is not a problem. The gate is locked from 12 pm to 6 am. But you can still ask for an exception. No wifi. The internet signal only reaches the terrace.
