Small hotel, but very simple and perfect. I went to two beaches that the hotel offers, and they are brilliant and peaceful. I went to the spa, and they are very low cost but offer very professional massages. I rate this hotel 8/10 for that. If I visit Marsa Matruh again, I'll go back to this hotel.

Our vacation was very nice We enjoyed our stay in this hotel for the whole week The food is great , quality and variety Feels like you are eating at your home Salads, deserts,bakery, main dishes, Thanks to Mr Ahmed Hussien food and beverage General Manager His staff was great All are working very hard for your comfort Smiling and hard working and very dedicated and very professional All are working professionally under the hourly supervision of the Hotel General Manager Mr. El saygh We met him and we are honored to know him This is one of the best hotels to stay in Marsa Matrooh Definitely we will come back again Thanks to all the staff on the beach , for the jet ski service, animation , music on the beach , nice entertainment at night , restaurants staff, the cafe and Shisha staff, reception team, the housekeeping, reservation team Alaa gave us the best room in the third floor The rooms are very modern , very clean, the property is brand new, beds are comfortable, space of the room was very good Worth a vacation not less than a week

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Wohlfühlambiente und einem traumhaft schönen Meer, das an die Karibik erinnert - da hat sich sogar der Transfer von über 2,5 Stunden vom Flughafen Alexandria gelohnt! Obwohl ich die einzige Alleinreisende zu dem Zeitraum war, hab ich mich die ganze Zeit sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt, da das gesamte Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit war (vor allem der Barchef Sakr & sein Team haben sich toll um mich gekümmert - dafür herzlichen Dank) und einen erstklassigen Serviceangeboten hat - ich habe mich gefühlt wie eine Königin ☺️ Der Barchef Sakr und sein Team haben mir jeden Wunsch an der Bar, Poolbar und Strandbar von den Augen abgelesen, so dass ich mich hier wie im Paradies gefühlt habe DANKE SCHÖN an dich und dein Team Sakr, du bist eine sehr große Bereicherung für das Hotel Auch der Front Office Manager Mr. Nasr macht einen ausgezeichneten Job! Ich hatte einen Wunsch bezüglich Zimmer Wechsel (ich wollte ungerne im EG sein) und habe sofort ein anderes Zimmer ganz oben bekommen (sogar mit tollem Poolblick, obwohl ich nur Gartenblick gebucht hatte)! Mr. Nasr hat jeden Tag immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - so aufmerksam habe ich das bisher in anderen JAZ Hotels noch nicht erlebt! Die Auswahl vom Essen, die Qualität und der Geschmack fand ich sehr gut und durch die Halbpension habe ich mittags in den à la carte Restaurants oft eine Kleinigkeit zu mir genommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung gewesen! Ich kann dieses Hotel an jeden weiter empfehlen der ein schönes Ambiente, ein traumhaft schönes Meer und tollen Service such und auch ich werde meinen nächsten Urlaub ganz bestimmt wieder hier verbringen. Gegenüber den anderen JAZ Hotels hat es mir hier nämlich am besten gefallen!
