"This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again."

"The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. We sleep here because participating in Goldcoast Marathon even if a bit far from the venue. But the staff was super helping when we have a hard time to find an uber to the starting line of the race like super early in the morning. Beside that, the cleanliness; the breakfast is all superb! Would love staying here if I’m back to Goldcoast"

Aber erstmals fand ich das Resort/Hotel, dass sie offensichtlich ihre Telefondienste an irgendwo anders auslagern, jedes Mal, wenn ich anrufe, im Zimmer oder draußen, würde ich gesagt werden, ein “Fall” würde im System eingereicht und an andere Mitarbeiter, die nicht wirklich aufzutreten, um zu reparieren Das Problem. Im Gegenteil, wenn Sie in die Lobby gehen und mit den scharfen Blicken reden, dann werden sie Ihnen das Problem gelöst/Frage sofort beantwortet. Unglaublich."
