Perfect insta spot ! Moody black accommodation, attentive and informative front of house , opportunity to have a drink outside at firepit, or a sunset outdoor spa in the infinity pool/ spa. Room - with spa bath and added luxury’s Eg PJ’s and mini bar was a nice treat . Doot, Doot Doot restaurant was an amazing culinary experience . Waiting staff were spot on and provided an enjoyable experience. Congratulations to the chefs and kitchen crew. Cocktails were a little underwhelming with our requests. Apparently never heard of a Blue Moon cocktail before - must be my age! ( not a deal breaker) Considering the attention to detail for the restaurant, hotel and experiences at Jakalope we were disappointed with the cellar door and the complimentary tastings. The cold grey walled room with a-few wine barrels and trestle table with wines and sink to clean glasses all leaned up against the wall, in was not what we expected from the whole branding of jakalope. With all the expense that has been made to present a world class experience I would suggest relocating the cellar door to the Rare Hare or upgrading the existing. Maybe add a window or 2 to take advantage of the beautiful views. Just felt it let the whole location down. Would go and do a day visit again and hope to see the cellar door and tasting experience upgraded to match the Rare Hare and accommodation that Jakalope is well known for

Brilliant location where you taste wine, eat and sleep. We had our anniversary dinner at Doot Doot Doot which is one of a couple of restaurants there. Set cost menu which was generous and delicious. Wine bottles or a number of matching wines by the glass. Highly recommend getting there earlier for an explore and relax in the bar before dinner. Staff very good and provided great service.

Bed very comfortable, spacious room, incredible bathroom bed and shower . Lots of coffee pods on offer 3. Noise and Sound Quality (Good night sleep?)- . No outside noise. Great quality sleep with a terrific room with plenty of sound barrier 4. Staff and service - . Great professional punctual and responsive staff . Very welcoming on arrival and departure and was incredible in helping choose our room . Very timely and great service 5. Location and Accessibility - .
