We have to say the good about this hotel as well as the things we didn’t like! The rooms are very clean! And the ac works very well! We had an excellent meal at the restaurant and loads of buckets of ice from the bar when we needed it! And it’s a good value for the nightly change. But this didn’t feel like a 4 star property at all. The spa was never open, dogs barking at all hours! Waking us up quite early every day. We couldn’t believe that they allowed big barking dogs to stay at this hotel. When we spoke to the man at the desk he basically just said they allowed! It was like a zoo! And our daughter is scared of big dogs and they were out at the pool. It’s a decent place to stay in this area but we would pay more for a real 4 star hotel. There was some very kind and nice staff that helped when we stayed a week.

Molto bello pulito ordinato e xsonale molto gentile educato competente Grazie soggiorno xfetto!!! Cucina ottima mangiato proprio bene Buffet della colazione molto buono e ben fornito...tutto lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale... anche i bambini sono stati bene e si sono divertiti!!! TOP!!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura per spa + colazione + alloggio. Si trova a pochi chilometri dal centro di Mercato San Severino , in una zona lontana dal caos della città. Tutto molto bello, personale professionale. Spa molto bella e soprattutto possibilità di usufruirne in maniera esclusiva. Colazione abbondante , e letti molto comodo. Sicueramente una ottima alternativa per passare qualche momento di relax intimità e svago.

Un compleanno bellissimo! Sono stata con il mio ragazzo in questo resort e devo dire che è stata una gran bella scoperta ! Spa molto intima e bella, massaggio top e personale cordialissimo. Peccato che il tempo passi velocemente quando si sta bene!! . Ritorneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimo

Ci siamo sposati sabato e posso dire con certezza che se potessi sposarmi di nuovo tornerei in questa fantastica location. Quando abbiamo conosciuto il direttore Vito più di un anno fa siamo stati accolti con estremo garbo e gentilezza, la quale è continuata ad esistere sia durante la cena di prova che durante le nozze. Il signor Vito è stato a disposizione su tutto, con grande, grandissima professionalità. Per non parlare della signora Delia che ha messo in scena un allestimento pazzesco, ha curato tutto nei minimi dettagli e particolari rispettando tutte le nostre richieste, allestendo un tableau a dir poco Magnifico e con esso ha allestito il nostro tavolo e quelli degli ospiti con eleganza e lo stesso è stato per l'angolo cubano e la confettata. Una vera pregiata eleganza. Lo staff poi è stato preciso e attento, nonostante gli stravolgimenti degli ultimi minuti. Il cibo è stato divino, nelle giuste porzioni, mai mangiato così bene in vita mia ed anche gli ospiti si sono complimenti con noi. Addirittura c'era un cameriere addetto solo al servizio degli ospiti con problemi di allergie e intolleranze. Grazie di tutto, è stato tutto magnifico. la Spa è piccola e romantica, l'abbiamo adorata!
