Ich empfehle dieses Hotel mit zwei Daumen auf. Obwohl nicht neu für Holiday Inn Express, war das mein erstes Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt von Mentor Ohio. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Ich schätze, dass es auf der Website Waschbecken gibt. Die Maschinen waren, glaube ich $2 pro Stück. Sehr geräumige erstes Stockwerk neben dem Pool. Das Übungszimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Alle Bereiche sind gut gepflegt. Es gibt Eis- und Sodamaschinen auf jedem Stock. Im Lobby verkaufen sie Snacks, gefrorenes Essen und Getränke. Kaffee, Tee und Kakao sind 24 Stunden am Tag kostenlos im Lobby. Das kontinentale Frühstück wird täglich im Restaurant Marion serviert. Das Restaurant ist am Abend auf der Außenterrasse offen. Das kontinentale Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und das Essen war schmackvoll. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Autobahnhof in einem Gebiet mit vielen Restaurants, Gasstationen und anderen Einkaufszentren. Das Postamt ist nur wenige Meilen/Minuten um die Ecke. Ich hatte ein King-Size-Zimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Jedes Zimmer kam mit einem Desk, zwei Lampen, zwei Stühlen, großem TV, Kühlschrank und einer digitalen Uhr. Der Hotel war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Hotel verfügte über einen Eisen- und Eisenblock und einen Blowtrockner. Ich habe die harte Möglichkeit gelernt, meinen Zimmerschlüssel nicht neben dem Handy zu halten, aber das Personal war immer verstanden. Das Büro ist gut mit Personal gepflegt und konnten nicht mehr untergebracht werden.

Ich war beeindruckt von diesem Hampton Inn. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Aber der beste Teil des Aufenthaltes waren die Mitarbeiter an dieser Stelle. Tessie, Cameron und Heidi waren alle großartig, aber ehrlich alle dort arbeiteten waren freundlich und hilfreich. Es war sehr bemüht, am Wochenende da zu sein und wir fanden heraus, dass einige der Mitarbeiter in eigener Zeit kommen, um zu helfen. Als wir ihnen erzählten, wie wir uns dadurch beeindruckt waren, sagte der Mitarbeiter: ”Wir sind wie eine Familie hier.” Das erstaunliche Personal setzt diesen Ort ab.

Everyone was excellent! They took care of everything. With medical issues, we never knew what was up, but Alesha (sp?) got us a room EVERY TIME! We didn't know if we were coming or going sometimes, but she had our backs. Mark and Greg - go to guys! And Verica was wonderful, worked at my wife's schedule - a special lady: She we will miss the most!!! And don't forget to grab some coffee and a variety of breakfast choices, changing daily. All were great folks! We hope we don't need to come back, but if we do, we'll know we're in great hands! Jon & Alice W
