Worst holiday ever, plese avoid at all costs!! Swimming pool filthiest I've ever seen, apartment falling apart, mini golf non exsistant 40 years old no clubs or balls available. Adventure playground a joke, missing swing the other broken, very old slide looked dangerous, Tui rep advised no one has visited site in a long, long time to check standards and agreed was dated and dangerous. No lock on gate, access to outsiders, broken into and used swimming pool between midnight and 4am!! swearing and shouting, reported to receptionist the next morning- didn't want to know told us to contact the police direct. No snack shack, table tennis table broken, very small cove near, 4 families filled it up, we were at number 4 which was on a noisy main road. Disgusting place, dirty and dated. No rail in wardrobe to hang clothes, 3 mugs for 6 people, bird poo all over outside chairs and patio, broken chairs x 2 on dining room with nails sticking out. Air con not working. Shower hose broken. I could go on and on....

Villas Yucas is very peaceful and a relaxing complex. It has a nice chilled atmosphere. The pool and surrounding grounds are well maintained and clean, with plenty of sun lounges around the pool. The Villa we had (number 8), was clean and tidy ready for our holiday, supplied with fresh bedding and towels. We did requested a few extra blankets as the weather wasn’t great and the owner had extra clean blankets when requested. The villas had all the basic necessities required for our holiday. Each Villa has its own outdoor seating area, with its own table and chairs. The location of Villas Lucas is excellent. Opposite the site is a supermarket and further along the road is all the bars/restaurants/shops. The main bus route is also on the same road, which is great if you want to access Ciutadella de Menorca. We would like to thank Juan for making our stay perfect. He was quick with responding to messages and he stayed in contact throughout our stay, to ensure we had everything and we’re happy. He was able to suggest great restaurants and supported us with getting a taxi. We requested a at last minute a late checkout, possible for a small fee. Juan couldn’t have been anymore helpful. We will definitely be returning to Villas Yucas. Many thanks again. - A few suggestions to put forward if there was things to improve the Villas, are the installation of a heating/ventilation/air-conditioning system and newer plug sockets.

Han sido unas vacaciones formidables el apartamento extraordinario, limpieza un 10, fantástica ubicación e impresionante entorno, las habitaciones super bonitas y los baños preciosos. Sobre todo destacar la amabilidad, simpatía I predisposición de Alba. En definitiva volveremos a repetir

Lamentable, descuidado, sin mantenimiento exterior, sin luz ni en zonas comunes ni en la zona de la terraza, la cocina destrozada antigua y deteriorada, utensilios escasos y diferentes, sin lavadora, muebles viejos y en mal estado y cucarachas! olor insoportable en el baño, fuga de agua en la ducha, sábanas con manchas de moho, piscina sucia y sin escalera donde en los orificios de la misma había colillas de cigarrillos, zonas comunes con la basura sin recoger en varios dias, hablamos con la persona que estaba allí y nos ponía buena cara pero no daba soluciones, sin libro de reclamaciones.

La Villa por fuera bien, pero según entramos nos dio una sensación de abandono…olía a cerrado, y después subimos a las habitaciones una puerta (la hab principal) no se podía abrir tuvo que venir el técnico. Y en el desayuno no pudimos usar el microondas ni la tostadora…de nuevo llamar a un electricista. Los baños bastantes pésimos de imagen, y azulejos rotos, etc… Los marcos de las puertas rajados, la manilla de la puerta del porche salido, todo así…. Y la piscina no la limpian todos los días, nosotras fuimos dos semanas y solo la pudimos usar los dos últimos días antes de irnos. Y el servicio de limpieza, unas bordes, antipáticas, nunca me he encontrado con gente así. Unas MALDITAS VACACIONES LA VERDAD!!
