Das Hotel ist 100% empfehlenswert. Ein tolles Buffet, ein spektakuläres Zimmer, kostenfreies Parken und super erreichbar. Ich würde zurückkommen, wenn oder wenn.

Sólo puedo opinar del restaurante. He ido a comer en tres ocasiones diferentes con mi familia. El servicio del personal es excelente. Educados, atentos y simpáticos. Te hacen sentir agusto. De las tres veces que hemos ido a comer sólo les pongo un pero. Mi hijo pidió unos calamares a la romana y le sirvieron congelado industrial en el que el rebozado era el protagonista y el calamar un hilillo difícil de apreciar. Tenía una excelente opinión de la cocina de este negocio que se vio empañada por esta pifia carente de sentido. Si no puedes poner calamar fresco es mejor que lo digas y el cliente puede decidir, pero servir esa cosa es una falta de respeto. El resto de las comandas eran apropiadas y buena calidad a un precio aceptable. Pero el detalle de los calamares estuvo muy feo. Impropio de un negocio serio. El año que viene todavía tengo que pensar si regresaré. Parece una tontería, pero me dolió que cometieran esa estupidez. Local bien climatizado, baños muy limpios, precio muy aceptable en relación a la calidad y trato inmejorable... Pero lo de los calamares es un tiro en el pie.

Great hotel, great location, good service. The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk to the heart of Mahón (10 min), with a beautiful view of the water. My first floor room had a cute balcony overlooking the water. The hotel was clean and modern with a decent sized room and all the amenities you would need, including a bar, restaurant, spa, pool and fitness room. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the only thing I felt was below value. For 27 Euro, while there was a large enough food selection, it was disorganized and not a great experience. They kept running out of food items, plates, utensils, etc. I rather preferred walking to a local bakery for a croissant and coffee. Great overall stay though!

Der erholsamste Urlaub, den wir seit langem hatten. Dieses ruhige Resort hat nur zwei Hotels. Das Tirant Playa Hotel besteht aus nur zweistöckigen Wohnblöcken, alle Apartments mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Bucht, auf die die Sonne tagsüber scheint und abends untergeht und die Hügel in ein wunderschönes Licht taucht. Der Strand ist ein Genuss mit einem langen Abschnitt seichten Wassers, und wenn Sie um die Bucht herumgehen, werden Sie Schildkröten sehen, die sich in der Sonne aalen. Gehen Sie weiter und Sie kommen zu einem Abschnitt des Cami de Cavalls, einem Wanderweg, der die Insel umrundet. Zurück in unserem schönen Apartment gibt es einen erstaunlich großen Pool mit einem blitzsauberen Restaurant, das Getränke und Mahlzeiten anbietet und von nettem Personal bedient wird. Nichts war ihnen zu viel Mühe. Ich war begeistert von ihrer positiven Einstellung. Ebenso war das Personal an der Rezeption da, um bei allen Anfragen zu helfen. Wir fühlten uns entspannt und umsorgt. Und nicht zuletzt waren unsere Zimmer makellos und es gab jeden zweiten Tag frische Handtücher; sogar schöne Strandtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit einer neuen Mikrowelle und einem neuen Kochfeld; es gab jede Menge Stauraum für Küchenutensilien, Kleidung und Zubehör. Von hier aus sind es 30–40 Minuten zu Fuß nach Fornells, einer kleinen Hafenstadt mit tollen Restaurants. Wenn Sie die größeren Städte der Insel besuchen möchten, gibt es eine pünktliche Busverbindung. Wir waren vom TRH Tirant Playa absolut begeistert und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen.

+ Die Anlage hat eine sehr schöne Architektur und viel Grün + Direkt am Meer + Glasklares Wasser, Kinderfreundlich flach und sandig, durch die Felsen am Rand sehr gut zum Schnorcheln + Sehr gute Tauschschule auf dem Gelände. Wunderschöne Tauchspots. + Verleih von Tretbooten und Standup-Paddling + Bushaltestelle und Autovermietung direkt vor der Tür + Ein paar schöne Restaurants in Laufweite (z.B. Okapi, La Franola) + Meistens sehr nettes Personal Aber - Mangelhafte Reinigung der Zimmer (trotz Trinkgeld). Mülleimerdeckel wurden mehrmals auf dem Esstisch liegen gelassen, die Duschwand aus Glas wurde kaum gereinigt und war fleckig, der Boden wurde kaum gefegt und war sandig, ... - Im Zimmer war ein Lichtschalter kaputt, der Kühlschrank ging zur falschen Seite auf, die Fernbedienung für Licht und Ventilator wirkte auch im Nachbar-Appartement und musste getauscht werden. - Die ”vollausgestattete” Küche ist unzureichend bestückt: Für 4 Personen gibt es 4 Gabeln, 4 Messer, 4 Löffel, 4 Tassen usw. Ein Teller oder ein Löffel mehr um Essen anzurichten war nicht drin. Es fehlt außerdem an essentiellem Gerät: z.B. kein Gemüseschäler, kein Pfannenwender oder Kochlöffel für die beschichtete(!) Pfanne. - In der Hotelanlage lag Müll teilweise tagelang rum. Plastikverpackungen am Pool (nach drei Tagen habe ich sie weggeräumt), Sonnenschirme in den Hecken, Vogelkot auf den Pool-Liegen, ... - Mehrere Pool-Liegen waren kaputt - Am Frühstücks-Buffet fand ich jeden Tag unsaubere und stark verkalkte Gläser - Das Wasser am Buffet scheint aus dem Hahn zu kommen und ist stark gechlort - Der ”Kaffee” aus dem Kaffee-Vollautomaten schmeckte moderig (zum Glück hat die Beach Bar morgens schon offen. Da kann man richtigen Kaffee kaufen) - Für den Zimmer-Safe erlaubt sich das Hotel ein Gebühr von 40 €(!) für zwei Wochen. Das finde ich bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen völlig unpassend. - In der Anlage und in den Zimmern wimmelt es von Schnaken. Moskitonetze sucht man aber vergebens. Ohne so einen Mückenstecker ging es nachts gar nicht - Die Restaurants auf dem Gelände sind wenig überzeugend - Der Supermarkt ist auch nur mittelmäßig u.a. fand sich öfters schimmeliges Obst - Direkt vor einem Appartement (Nr. 126?) und dem Pool ist ein Gully aus dem es nach Abwasser riecht. Fazit: Man kann dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, wenn man bereit ist über viele Schwächen hinwegzusehen. Jedenfalls ist es viel zu teuer für die gebotene Qualität.
