Atherton war besser als erwartet. Ich wusste, es wäre schön, aber dieses Hotel war schöner und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt hatten. Räumiges Zimmer, geräumige Dusche und Badezimmer. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, wenn Sie sie benötigen. Der Fitness war auch großartig. Der Preis war ein Diebstahl für wie erstaunlich war. Sicherlich hier in der Zukunft bleiben. Eincheckung war auch super einfach und schnell.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and never received room cleaning service. The hotel staff told me that I could get a room cleaning service once every other days, but it was not kept properly. This hotel is located next to a highway and does not have double glazed windows, so there is some noise from passing vehicles. And I paid for the hotel in advance, but apart from the cost of the hotel stay, they paid me 50 dollars separately without notice. I think the amount was probably a cost in the name of a deposit, but the cost has not yet been refunded even after 4 days.

Sie gab unser Doppelbett an jemand anderes und bot nur einen König mit einem Ziehen als Ausgleich Nicht ideal für den Preis, den Sie zahlen, da die Folge alt ist extrem unkomfortable und ruiniert die Reise.

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

Wir haben vor kurzem eine einzigartige spezielle Sitzung von Mitarbeitern stattgefunden, die 32 Jahre lang im Grand Bay in Redwood City war und mit ALLER im Hotel immens beeindruckt war. Laura Urbina, Direktor von Verkauf & Marketing ist erstaunlich!!! Sie war sehr reaktiv, flexible und arbeitete mit uns auf jeden Einzelfall (auch hinzugefügt ihre eigene einzigartige Überraschung, um sicherzustellen, dass der Abend besonders ist)! Wir verwendeten die Scrollbar für die 120+person Veranstaltung und war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Das Essen war lecker, gut vorgestellt und von allen gründlich genossen, da wir Optionen hatten, die alle Ernährungsanforderungen abdecken 😀. Die Bartender haben nie einen Schlag verpasst und haben unsere Gruppe und sogar Hotelpatronen am Abend mit beeindruckender Service und Aufmerksamkeit behandelt. Kreativ Spezialitäten Cocktails von Michel (Hauptbartender), war ein gewaltiges Schlag! Wenn Sie die perfekte Lage mit einer perfekten Gruppe von Einzelpersonen suchen, um Ihre perfekte Veranstaltung zu bewältigen, ist die Grand Bay in Redwood City die beste Wahl. Viele im Hotel blieben und alle wurden warm gegrüßt bei der Eincheckung und gründlich genossen ihre Aufenthalte. Als professioneller Veranstaltungsplaner mit über 27 Jahren Erfahrung mit einigen sehr hohen Profil-Events, wünsche ich mir, dass es die Fähigkeit gab, The Grand Bay 10+ Sterne zu geben! Dieses Hotel ist so viel besser als in San Francisco oder Bay Area, das ist das neue ”Gehen” Hotel! Wird sicherlich freuen, bei jeder Gelegenheit andere Veranstaltungen dort sowie unsere nächste Sitzung zu machen! Ich lebe lokal und plane, The Scroll Bar/Restaurant zu machen, mein neuer Lieblings. Essen und Service großartig!! Sitz auf dem Patio am Feuerplatz und genügend die Wasseraussichten ...Love The Grand Bay!

THE GOOD: The hotel was recently renovated, rooms are nicely renovated with beautiful bathrooms. A nice size fitness center and a small but nice pool area. THE BAD: Wifi was absolutely horrible, there was ZERO wi-fi service in the lobby, restaurant or pool area. The Wi-fit would connect for 2 - 3 seconds then drop. When I asked the attended at the café if I could use the Westin Meeting wi-fi I was told no, they don’t have the password. In my room every so often the wi-fi would drop and it would take 20 – 30 minutes to reconnect!!! Furthermore, the power outlet at the desk was dead, there was also no power near the bed to plug in your laptop! Sadly, the food and beverage offerings at this hotel are on par with a Holiday Inn Express. There is no full-service restaurant, just a grab and go café which serves mediocre food. There is a limited breakfast buffet in the morning with poor quality food. On both mornings of my stay the scrambled eggs were a rubbery mess, the breakfast potatoes lacked flavor. The only item that seemed decent to eat were the fresh berries and bread. The quality of the food from room service/grab and go was also upsetting. If you want a full-service dinning experience, you are told to walk over to the Sheraton…. really? BTW: I was told the hotel kitchen is also located at the Sheraton, food is not cooked onsite at the Westin. Hospitality at the hotel is hit and miss. The front desk seems pleasant, but staff were very hesitant to go the extra mile to please… they lacked the hospitality soft skills I have experienced at other hotels of the same caliber. Café staff is very unhelpful, not very friendly, I receive a far better guest experience at my local In-N-Out Burger. In the end if you are expecting an upscale hotel experience in the Palo Alto / Stanford area the Westin disappoints. For the price I would expect a memorable experience, one where you would hate to leave and could not wait to return. During my stay I was looking forward to leaving, I really felt like it was a waste of $$$ and time staying here. When I left, I felt like I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express with upscale rooms. Hotel should be rebranded... it's not an upscale full service hotel that is about hospitality with a mindset of wellness.

Das Personal am Nest ging oben und darüber, um uns und unserem Hund zu bewohnen. Sie haben hervorragendes Personal und bietet einen erstaunlichen Kundenservice überall. Das beste Mal, dass wir in Palo Alto sind, werden wir sicherlich hier wieder bleiben!

Das Hotel selbst ist nicht schlecht, aber die Qualität der Gäste ist zu schlecht. Mitten in der Nacht werfen sich mehrere im Raum. Mitten in der Nacht dröhnt der Motor und laute Geräusche und Musik fuhren auf den Parkplatz. Der Qualität zuliebe kann ich nur null Punkte für ihre Qualität vergeben
