Posada de Rosas

We had a wonderful time in the Posada. It is simple but made with much love. The owner helped us organize fantastic tours to a wine yard / bodega, a horse riding excursion to the mountains and a rafting trip. We also got great recommendations for dining places, many in walking distance. This place is for people that want a more personal, less touristy experience in Mendoza. For Breakfast you get vouchers to go to nearby cafes, it is only served there for early morning tours.

We had an unforgettable stay at this cozy, artsy and intimate Spanish colonial-themed gem in Mendoza! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality team made us feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The ambiance is charming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this posada to anyone looking for a welcoming and authentic experience in Mendoza. We can't wait to come back!

We can't say enough about this gem! It's basically in the middle of Mendoza - so you can walk to terrific restaurants and attractions - but you feel like you're in a little oasis. We had a charming room off the courtyard, where there is a small pool and sitting area. We'd cool off after sight-seeing and before dinner, then come back to sit by the pool with a glass of wine at night. Nice, quiet place - but you can walk easily to bustling downtown Mendoza.There's a little kitchenette in the room, and you are offered a welcome bottle of wine. GREAT way of providing breakfast - you are given vouchers to have a lovely breakfast at any of three very nearby cafes. So much better than putting out a spread for a small group. The staff was fantastic -so friendly and helpful in advising us do our wine-tasting. We'd absolutely stay here again. One note - if you taxi drops you off in front, don't be put off by the fact there is not a huge sign - you're in the right place!

Posada de Rosas ended up being a perfect place for us to stay on our honeymoon in Mendoza. The rooms are comfortable and have nice details, the courtyard is a gorgeous place to spend the afternoon, the location to shops, cafes and plazas is super walkable and convenient, and Pablo is the best host. As Americans with limited Spanish, Pablo was really helpful in assisting us with booking activities and drivers. We had an amazing wine tour with him in Lujan de Cuyo and a horse ride through the mountains. Pablo is super kind and thoughtful. It was also nice to get to know and understand Mendoza through a locals experience. He has a great story and works hard to give guests the best experience possible at his Posada.

Where do I behind with how incredible our experience was here?! From the very moment we arrived Pablo was absolutely amazing. We arrived from a late flight and he welcomed us into the Posada and showed us to our rooms, with a lovely bottle of red wine. The rooms are very spacious with lots of amenities like a fridge, kettle and glasses etc. The Posada itself is absolutely stunning - it’s like an oasis with stunning flowers and a pool. It has a number of super markets and restaurants close by and is the perfect place to stay. Pablo recommended a number of activities and we chose to do horse riding in the mountains one day and then a wine tasting the next. He went above and beyond. On the first day, we went to the stables and had the most fantastic time. He then took us to a very beautiful mountain restaurant, with delicious food and scenic views. The next day we did a number of wine tastings and we agreed that it was our favourite day in Argentina so far. Pablo knew exactly where to take us and it was honestly incredible. We were able to go from the Posada in the morning and the whole thing was very easy - he took care of everything. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Mendoza, you have to stay here. I will be recommending the Posada to anyone I know coming to Mendoza. A massive thank you to Pablo and I hope lots of other people are able to enjoy this very special experience .

Excelente lugar, desde el primer día que llegamos nos recibieron con detalles que nunca tuvimos en otro lugar. La calidad de atención es excelente, siempre disponibles para lo que uno necesite y asegurándose que realmente la estemos pasando bien, que estémos cómodos y que tengamos todo lo necesario. Todos son respetuosos, te integran muy fácilmente al grupo de gente que forma la Posada. Me senti como en familia. Tienen un gatito re cariñoso que parece un peluche. Durante la estadía, te ofrecen actividades para hacer que son super personalizadas. Ellos mismos se encargan de hacer el traslado a los lugares, y al mismo tiempo te hacen de guía. Mientras realizas el recorrido a los lugares, hacen breves paradas para sacarnos fotos. Son muy pacientes y nos acompañaron durante todo el tiempo que duró la travesia y nos retornaron a la posada. Está muy bueno porque sólo elegís la actividad que quieres realizar y no tienes que preocuparte por cómo llegar. Definitivamente es un lugar para regresar. Incluso si no sales a hacer ninguna actividad podés quedarte en el lugar y disfrutar de la pileta y las instalaciones los cuál es un plus bárbaro. No duden en contactarlos e ir a la posada.
