Space is the first hostel of my trip and it’s set the bar pretty high! Staff are lovely, everywhere was always super clean, beds are comfy, towels are provided and you can even grab a fresh one every day if you wish. Location is great, would recommend the Queen Victoria Market for something to do and “pizza pizza pizza” was lush. There’s nothing “on” as such at the hostel but this didn’t bother us. The only thing that would be good is some extra fridges as they were packed full every day and it was hard to put your own food in anywhere. Would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Imagine Lighthouse in Melbourne and was blown away by the modern, stylish apartments and excellent location. The view from my Room at floor 61 was stunning and mesmerizing, I could see the entire city. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities like a Super Large Pool and well equipped GYM I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly. My special Thanks to Mr. KIT on reception for being a great Host and a Friend and providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend Imagine Lighthouse for anyone visiting Melbourne.

Wirklich komfortables und günstig gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von Melbourne Central. Das Zimmer war so ruhig und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Great stay. Walking distance to Bourke St Mall.. supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants all close by. Room was clean, really spacious, and had a great balcony overlooking the park. Check in / out was really easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen facilities are good for a longer stay. Request high floor to make the most of the view! Would stay again.

Auf der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants in Hardware-Lane. Das Hotel’s Restaurant war auch gut und ich hatte ein schönes Essen. Checkout war einfach. Ich habe den Park nicht verwendet, so keine Details. Das Hotel ist nahe Transportbahnen, Busse und Melbourne zentrale Station für die Metro. Ein schönes Hotel im Preisbereich

I stay in hotels A LOT! But except for one other occasion, I've never bothered to leave reviews. But this place is one of the more questionable hotels I've stayed at for several reasons. The hotel: - they charged my credit card the full fee a day BEFORE I checked in. They have a 24 hr cancellation period with minimal one night charge yet they still took it upon themselves to charge me before I actually checked in - very unethical - they want a photo of government issued ID. Weird, with all the crazy data breaches occurring, it's recommended private entities DO NOT store this unnecessary data, yet they still expected a copy. I didn't provide it, just let them sight it upon check in - the pics used to promote the apartments are stretched out and misleading. The actual apartment is small, very small if you consider the costs incurred - photos online make it look like there is a bathtub, (and when I called the hotel to check, the person I spoke to told me there was a bathtub) but there actually isn't any which is VERY inconvenient when travelling with a companion who can only use a tub (for accessibility reasons) - they don't do housekeeping every day. You can ask for fresh towels but goodluck getting a vacuum or dirty bin emptied. The actual apartment - there is no ducted air conditioning. On a hot day (was 35° when I checked in) I needed to blast the AC at 18° (we froze in the living area) just so cool air can seep into the bedroom and cool it down so we can sleep - the actual apartment was very dirty. Tiles had previous occupants hair on the floor, carpet is stained in multiple locations, glass doors and outside balcony railing dirty with hand prints and smudges - minimal crockery and cutlery provided. Only one drinking glass provided - no tea towel provided - phone in room not set up. Had to call reception from my mobile to report issues - oddly there are very few electrical ports in the living area. Difficult to charge devices - there is no shelving in the wardrobe, and it's difficult to tidy anything up or pack things away. Only one storage shelf and you need a ladder to access it - the railing for the wardrobe is so high, one needs to be over 7 foot to use it - to access the bathroom, one needs to go through the bedroom so it's really hard to have one person stay up while another sleeps - the bathroom doesn't have a drain so any access water needs to be mopped with the towels to avoid a slip hazard (problematic as they only give you 2 towels and don't do daily room service) - there are NO clothes hooks in the bathroom The positives: Overall the staff were pleasant and friendly. Every staff member I spoke to in person was hospitable, helpful and very kind. The blockout blinds were good and the sound proofing was great. They also accommodated late check out. I felt very disappointed as I travel to Melbourne monthly and was very disappointed to pay premium costs for accommodation but get what I consider inadequate facilities. I'd only recommend s

Before I went to Melbourne, I had had the negative experience of Mercure in Thailand and I didn't want to choose it, to be honest, but I didn't have any choice because the price and location were better than other places. Wow. I was surprise because everything was unexpected I can say thanks to the hotel 1.The location is good and it is located in the CBD. Convenient transportation, lots of Asian restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. It is not far from the place I had to work. 2.The staff are great and helpful with service mind. Yes, I found a Thai girl staff who is really nice. We received the good service. Even though, the policy is they clean the room 1 in 3 days, but I was ok because we had to save the world. 3.The size of the room is small and the size of the beds were small too but enough for sleeping well and everything in the room was clean and function well. 4.No water bottles. I understood that we had to drink water from the tab. I was used to it because I knew it well, but my boss was not used to it and couldn't accept this. Please make the remark in the booking or put a paper in the room so that some people can prepare themselves for this culture. However, thanks for the milk in the fridge. We booked a quick trip to Melbourne for the footy. Because it was only 1 night we booked only a basic king room, and I also wanted to avoid a noisy 09 room. Arrived at reception to be informed they had upgraded us to an 09 room. I told the check in agent I did not want that room, despite it being an upgrade, and would be quite happy with the original room booked. She insisted on contacting the manager and they eventually moved us to an executive suite. This was a large and comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower and comfortable bed. We did not notice any loud noise from Swanston Street from this suite. Quick trip up to the club lounge for a few drinks and nibbles before footy. Drink selection improved since our last visit and now a selection of spirits is available. Club lounge has nice staff. Breakfast there in the morning was also good. The club lounge has very nice decor. Will be back for 3 nights in August so hopefully will be as enjoyable.

A nice cosy hotel in city center. They serve good breakfast! The room is super comfortable and big. The scenery from room is mainly other surrounding buildings. Parking is easy if you opt for valet. But very expensive AUD90 per day (24hrs).

Ich empfehle Holiday Inn little Collins ...yes Ich würde ...Aber es gab einige negative für unseren Aufenthalt Lage ist hervorragend in der Nähe der St. Cross Station und das kostenlose Zugnetz. Frühstück inbegriffen ist ein Bonus und die Auswahl war großartig. Warm Sauce, Hashbraunen, geschrotet Eier, Toast, Getreide, Getreide und Mini-Muffins sowie Milch, Orangensaft, Tee und Kaffee (mit Barista zu einem Preis von der Rezeption/Bar in der gleichen Gegend. Personal war willkommen, hilfreich und angenehm. Auf der negativen Seite muss ich hinzufügen, dass während unserer 4 Nacht-Unterbringung kam der erste Morgen. Nachdem nichts so nass saß unsere Handtücher warten auf Sammlung. Als ich für saubere Handtücher rief, war ich gezielt, sie von der Rezeption zu sammeln. Am nächsten Tag trafen wir die gleiche Frage ...nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers die meisten Tage, die wir wieder zurückgekehrt waren, um Hausaufgaben zu finden, war nicht. Dieses Mal, als ich die Rezeption angerufen, organisierten sie, um eine Crew schnell zu schicken. Ich hoffe, der Hauptgrund hinter diesem war, dass sie vollständig mit Manchester vereint Fans in für das Wochenende Spiel reserviert wurden, aber als Mutter die gelegentliche Gelegenheit, wirklich jemanden gemütlich und ersetzen Handtücher ist eine Neuigkeit, dass ich voll nutzen so war Enttäuscht in diesem Teil unseres Aufenthalts. Betten und Bettwäsche waren sauber, aber wieder Haushalte lassen Sie uns mit den Boden ...Carpet war sicherlich nicht in einer Zeit gereinigt ...Unsere Socken holten verschiedene dunkle lange Haare und Bark/Dunst..gross. Eine letzte Ausgabe war die Rechnung für unseren Aufenthalt..all gut und wie erwartet jedoch $50.75 mehr wurde tatsächlich aus meinem Visum entfernt. Um dieses erklären zu haben, musste man einen anderen Telefonanruf machen, war lächerlich. Es ist eine Bindung ... vollständig verstanden und es ist nach dem Check-in des Zimmers zurückerstattet Aber warum nicht eine kleine Anmerkung zur Rechnung hinzufügen, die das erklärt und sparen Sie den Gast und Ihren Teamzeiten, die die zusätzliche Gebühr erklären?? Insgesamt war es ein anständiger Aufenthalt und ich würde empfehlen, die oben genannten Fragen müssen aber schnell abgewrackt werden.
