Great room and service. a very convenient location . Hotel is located on a quiet street right in the middle of the central business district. Numerous cafes and restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. Also, most of Melbourne landmarks can also be reached on foot. I stayed there for three nights and I wish I stayed longer. Bed is super comfortable and I had a pleasant sleep. Once I was late for breakfast and I was still offered a cereal with espresso! Also, on more then one occasion the hotel staff was outmost pleasant and helpful.

The stay was excellent and the front desk was absolutely friendly! Check in and check out were hassle free. The location is great with easy access to Chinatown and shopping centres. We will come back again!

Very spacious hotel with good amenities. Shopping was within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

這次假期與朋友住在行政單室套房，整體來說很滿意。雖然方案沒附每日打掃，需要時還是可以通知櫃檯派人收垃圾跟更換毛巾。房內有免費網路。空間寬敞，廚房設備意外的齊全（餐具、杯子、鍋具、微波爐、烤麵包機、洗碗精、開罐器、削皮刀都有），廁所裡有洗衣機。地點佳，離購物商圈走路10分鐘，近公車及便利商店。因為這次住二樓，偶爾聽得到窗外巷子聲音，但是不到很困擾。注意入住時會先扣100元澳幣，退房後確認無加購項目或房間損壞才會退款。建議可以跳過飯店早餐，種類不多，價格不划算，還是拿同樣的錢去附近吃早午餐更好～ ^_^

第二次住了，位置不錯，門口有臨時停車位，出入方便。當天旅途疲憊，給提前辦理了入住。好評。但是千萬不要晚於10點半退房，否則一小時多收50刀。前台還有免費純凈水和氣泡水，這個挺貼心的。

酒店位於商業中心區，地理位置不錯。第一天入住的房間靠近設備間，噪音比較大，後來經過溝通調換了。總體來説還行，但是房間通風有待改善，窗户都是不能打開的，僅靠排氣扇通風。
