Great hotel wirh great location, great service, and great people.

Excellent location and efficient services. It is nearby many attractions and the transportation hubs and train lines. The room is big and amenities are well setted and good enough for decent stay. The staff are all very helpful. We left to Brisbane and back to continue to stay and staff are very helpful in storing our luggage which made our stay sound and smooth

It’s definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is nice, food is great, and when I came into the room I was immediately impressed by the view. Location is good too FYI. If I ever come back or recommend a place to my friend to stay in Melbourne, this is the first choice

I booked a hotel 2-8th Nov. 2023 , 6 nights. Reception asked for deposit 50aud per night by charging my credit card. They said money will return to my card 7 days after i check out but until now i don't have my deposit 300 Aud back yet. I also contacted them by email but no any response. It's kind of tricky of their deposit process. They are unprofessional hotel. Be careful.

They are very kind to let u early check in at 10am, it is very helpful after a 9.5hrs night flight, definitely good to have a lap before go for sightseeing. Thank you very much!

The hotel had a very modern vibe to it. Everything looks brand new which implies that the hotel is very well maintained. My room was great with a huge window overlooking the road. And while I was only on the 4th floor, my room had this very cosey insulated feel with the muffled sounds of the traffic outside. While the amenities were basic, the very adequate for my needs. The buffet breakfast was great in my opinion. Nothing too opulent but it served my needs with your typical sausages, eggs and bacon. They had fried spring rolls which were really tasty. I loved the gym. The equipment all had wood finish in them including the free weights and the running machine. It gives the feeling like everything in there was prepared with sustainability in mind. As for the location, its a quick 10 minute walk to the Crown ******. But if ******** is not your thing, walk 15 minutes and you'll be at Melbourne Central where all the shopping and eateries are. If I'm heading back to Melbourne, I will stay in this hotel again.

Great location, and good breakfast. Just 3 minutes from Southern Cross station.

The hotel is located in a great place. Nearby the free tram station and also 5 mins away from the coach station where you can take Skybus. All the staff in the hotel was very kind and willing to support me. Thank you so much!

furniture is new and fashion, but the infrastructure is not sort of up to dated. you have to go to different places to turn on/off the lights... location is good the quilt is too thin btw.

Nice place to live. In the free train zone, easy to get around. But have to use an outside gym due to maintenance, should be fixed by now.
