Beautiful downtown Melbourne Beach renovated apartment one block from the beach!

Great stay! Very clean and spacious. Couch was super comfy as was the bed. This location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and the market across the street was great for a slice of pizza or sweet treat! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall great place, walking distance to almost everything you’d need while there! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place walkable to the beach. Has a cute market place across the street great pizza place. This was great for a couple! Didn’t care so much for the upstairs noise. Fenced in area was perfect for my medium sized pup. Front door was very hard to close would stay here again!! Thank you

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it super convenient for both relaxation and dining out. The house itself was well appointed, spotless, quiet, good A/C, great TV apps and has nice outdoor space. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway.

All you really need This place is away from the busy parts of the area but located perfectly for walking to all the good stuff. The beach, surf shops, cafes, and markets are all just one or two blocks from this great home. Ken has made sure all you need is available to you from great appliances to beach essentials like umbrellas and boogie boards. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. We’ve already begun planning our return stay.
