Our room had several problems which we did not notice until getting ready for bed. The security lock would not stay in the activated position, the stopper was missing from the bathroom sink, and most annoying was that the window shade would not go down all the way, resulting in about 2 feet of light from the parking lot coming into the room. The neighboring room was extremely loud and the TV was blasting until at least 1 AM. The room was very tired, chipping paint on the bathroom door, torn shower curtain, and in need of a remodel. In the morning, we talked to the woman at the front desk and she informed us that they would not be able to fix the items that day, and offered to move us to a new room, which we did later that afternoon. Even though it was an inconvenience for us, the new room was in much better condition and on a higher floor so it was much quieter.
Unfortunately for another traveler who happened to be checking out when I was getting coffee, they had given him our unsatisfactory room and he was also complaining about the various broken items in the room. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
