We love to go to the beach but where I live the beaches are so cold then we decide to take a chance to come to Florida to enjoy tropical weather and whenever we have a chance. Florida has long beaches from North to South and from left to right. You can find a lot of fun within short distance drive to nice and warm beach, shopping and stores including parks. Baby need such as high chair, pack and go, bathtub are upon request. Please let me know if you need them before booking not after. Back yard of the house next to Florida street you will be expected traffic noise if you be outside. Street is only on lane for each way. The POOL is heated run from 11 A.M To 7 P.M without HOT TUB (no request will be accepted of any change pool system) Maximum heat up to 85 F degree. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently as long as the outside temperature remains above the 55-60ºF range Be aware of pool system is control by app and camera 24/7 by host.
