Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Highlight des Hotels. Sehr gutes Zimmer- und Essenswert während des Aufenthalts. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, wann immer ich eine Frage gestellt habe. Das Zimmer war klein und brauchte eine Aktualisierung, aber für die Kosten war es wert.

Ich habe die große freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von allen Mitarbeitern geschätzt, aber in der Praxis, wenn Sie ankommen, werden Sie einen persönlichen Supporter mit sich bringen, den Sie alles fragen können. Ok, die dafür bezahlt werden, aber sie arbeiten mit Leidenschaft und machen Sie sich bequem. Das Hotel ist komfortabel, mit einem Pool natürlich im Freien, ein hervorragendes Restaurant für Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Es ist der Ort der Hochzeitsparty. Wi-Fi ist gut, saubere Zimmer, komfortabel Bett. Eine kleine negative Bemerkung: Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist nicht besonders ruhig und auch im Restaurant ist der Lärm des Außenverkehrs zu hoch. Da Sie in der Nähe der Industriezone, in der Umgebung n gibt es Attraktionen, aber die günstige Taxis erlaubt Ihnen, mit wenigen Kosten das Zentrum von Jakarta zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel, die Mitarbeiter sind auch nett. Ich war dort für 2 Tage, weil ich mit meiner Freundin, die in Tangerang war, etwas zu tun hatte. Ich denke, der Ort ist strategischer, aber die Hauptlichter sind nicht locker genug. Ich hoffe, ich kann hier nochmal bleiben.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Check-in nach einem langen Tag Geschäftstreffen und kann nicht warten, nur für eine Dusche zu nehmen und einen Kaffee schön ... und schließlich bin ich an das Fame Hotel Gading Serpong angekommen. Ich liebe das Hotel besonders die Farbe & Musik, bei der Prüfung im Prozess war es gut ging und es gibt eine junge Dame neben dem FO Personal aufstehen, die den gesamten Prozess hören und beobachten. Am nächsten Tag traf ich sie wieder im Lobby und sie kam mir nur um hallo zu sagen, fragte mich um meine Erfahrung und Feedback freundlich und gleichzeitig über mich eine Tasse Kaffee, obwohl sie wusste, dass ich mein Frühstück gemacht habe. Ich weiß, dass sie sehr bekannt ist, mit dem Fame Hotel Gading Serpong zu arbeiten, aber sie ( Iren ) ist ein sehr wichtiges Vermögen für das Unternehmen. Ich wünsche diese Rückmeldung nicht, weil sie über mich eine Tasse Kaffee übernahm. Sie hat wirklich ihre Rolle als Hotelier gezeigt. Schön, Sie zu treffen Iren und ich kommen zurück und danken Ihnen für Ihre warmste Gastfreundschaft.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. Wonderful stay at atria hotel gading serpong! Excellent service from Ms. Adele at the front desk🥰🫶🏼 stay comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was good, very nice set up menu at the restaurant❤️✨ Thank youu guys

Ganz ein kleines Zimmer ohne Kleidungskappe und sehr begrenzter Platz um das Bett. Im Grunde ist es besser, ein anderes nahe gelegenes Hotel zu bekommen, das bessere Raum bietet.

Strategische Lage, ein Hotel mit einem einfachen Konzept, aber nicht die Komfort seiner Gäste verringert. Wifi ist schnell, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, die sauberen Blätter und die Kissen sind komfortabel (so viel ich mir die Blätter und ein graues Kissenhandschuhe im Foto vorstellte) Die Größe des Zimmers ist nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein. Geeignet für indonesische Größe. Das Konzept eines einzigartigen Badezimmers (das Kabinenmodell und die heiße Wasserdusche, die reibungslos fließt) Keine Schlüsselkarte benötigt, um das Stromsystem zu wechseln, so dass ich das Zimmer mit dem AC und den Lichtern aufbewahrt. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Reisende, die zu erschwinglichen Preisen und komfortable Zimmerausstattung übernachten möchten

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Gebäude war nur für einen Tag.Die Mitarbeiter / Mitarbeiter sind von guter Natur und hilfreich. Front Desk Rezeptoren Frau Anes und Frau Fiby waren bei der Eincheckung hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Überall war mein Aufenthalt gut.Der Internetanschluss ist sehr schlecht im 9. Stock. Ich wünsche dem Management / Personal /employees dieses Gebäudes ein wohlhabendes und gesundes Leben.
