Hi, My name is Vibhuti. We didn't had good experience. I went with my 3 frnds and our 4 kids (below 4 feet height and more then 3 feet height). When I went to counter for tickets, they asked me to pay full tickets for kids to has all 4 kids height was more then 3 Feet and when we went into the water park, they have kept a rule for kids whose age is height is above 4 feet. I think you are making fool to all people whose travelling with kids. And if this is your rule, you should keep kids tickets less then adults tickets or may be half for kids whose height is less then 4 feet. Please take a note and hope management will take some further step regarding this

Room was with full of facilities except some basic things like (water glasses, crockery) for that we had to pass the time on calling + door opening & closing only. The place of morning breakfast was majorly affected with direct harsh sunlight! some of breakfast food was not good. Lawn area was not maintained. Tried to capture some of pleasant views.

Excellent stay for the family of four. Excellent food and very nice live music programme on nova 1st evening. Will recommend it highly.

The sugar used were with Ants. The room was having torned bedsheet. No proper/zero maintanence of indoor activities. TV not working. No manager respond to you. Hefty amount being charged for worst service. Not recommended at all. Many good option available other than this resort.

The place is surrounded with so many trees and plants which makes it more beautiful and make our experience more livable. Report staff provide very good facilities as well. Pick up and drop facilities with electric car and so on.
