Établissement original de par son concept. Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Une navette est mise à disposition, ce qui permet d’être beaucoup plus rapidement dans le centre de Megeve.

This was a nice surprise. We came go Megeve to stay at Four Seasons, but had one night to stay here from Midnight to 9 am. Thought it was a charming, family run, mountain hotel. Good value, very friendly staff, nice location, good rooms (for the hotel category), nice breakfast. Only the beds were not the most comfortable; otherwise a good surprise

Mediocre hotel with a strange style, staff is friendly, but not really on top of things. Most of all value for money relation could be better needs restoration. The restaurant is small and the menu not really delicious. It looks like a good price for Megeve …

Hi Cèline, I’m struggling to understand how our children could be linked to the plumbing issues in our room. After reading through other reviews, it seems plumbing problems are a recurring concern at Mamie Megeve. We shared videos of the issue with our plumber, who confirmed that the plumbing was very poorly installed, which is the root cause of the problem. My husband did not admit to causing it; rather, he mentioned to you that the water in the toilet had been rising every time we flushed, starting from our arrival at the hotel. The service we’ve received from Mamie Megeve has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I will be posting reviews on Google and TripAdvisor, and I’ll also be informing the tourist office so that Mamie Megeve is not recommended to tourists visiting Megève. Best regards, Shannon

The rooms are somehow damp, very narrow and unfortunately cut. It’s at the end of a road way above the village and some rooms have a great view overlooking The Valley. Breakfast is simple , but OK. However, for what it is and the location, it‘s completely overpriced

We had a great holiday here and enjoyed our stay. There was a group of us all and we all had different room types eg some had a bedroom, bathroom and dressing area where others had separate bedroom, bunk beds, separate toilet & shower room with a kitchen/living area. Offers a great shuttle service which runs regularly from 8.30am - 23.00, you could walk into town but it would take a good 20 mins and is on a pretty busy road. Hotel will arrange ski passes for you to collect the next morning. 10% off ski hire (sorry can’t remember shop name) but it is at the ski lift and you just leaves your skis and boots here every night. (Fantastic service) Rooms have shampoo/conditioner/body lotion and proper hairdryers however the rooms are pretty dark. Breakfast is roughly £17 each (continental) pastry, bread, cheese, ham, some cereals, yogurts, scrambled egg, tea/coffee etc. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They do snacks but not meals and limited drink menu but we were going out every night so this didn’t bother us.
