Absolut über das erwartete Hotel hinaus, wenn Sie einen Freund, der in Medina umgekehrt wird, gehen, wird es absolut empfohlen. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden lang und die auf Trip.com geschriebene Aufenthaltszeit ist falsch. Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr enthusiastisch. Ich sah mich mit meinem Sohn begleiten und habe zwei Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Hygiene ist sehr gut, insbesondere in der Küche, so dass die Einrichtungen vollständig sind und absolut für den Ausflug von Familien- und Elternteil geeignet sind. Die Unzulänglichkeit der USA und China ist vor der Tür, um die Straße zu reparieren, und es muss ein sehr schlanker Schrank gelegt werden, um das Hotel zu finden. Das ist das einzige Problem, aber es sollte nicht sein, bis die Straße repariert ist.

Das Hotel liegt in Gehweite von Nabawi, etwa 15 Minuten. Das Personal im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer selbst war gut gepflegt. Das einzige Problem war, dass sich die Tür zu unserem Zimmer nur schwer schließen ließ und zugeschlagen werden musste.

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

FFaraad JavedEven though the hotel is located close to Masjid Nabawi and had one of the best breakfast, the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced and that alone will not make me stay here again. It was beyond disappointing and even the overall service was not up to par. So many other guest’s had issues, from the room card not working to be given a a room with someone already there! They need to do better!

KKendana TamizDas Hotelpersonal ist großartig, ich habe meinen Schlüssel (Kartenzimmer) in Masjid Nabawi verloren und sie haben mir nicht einmal etwas belastet.
Wir können auch das Gepäck nach der Abfrage in den sicheren Ort einlegen.
Das Gebäude ist älter, aber funktional.
Wir müssen nicht auf den Aufzug warten, weil es 6 Aufzüge für das Gebäude allein gibt.
Ich bin schockiert, dass der Shampoo und die Seife aus Brooklyn stammen, die ich im Mai in New York besucht habe, aber keine Zeit, um die Apotheke zu besuchen 😩
In der Nähe des Tors Masjid Nabawi vom Hotel ist 365.
Sie können dieses Hotel anstelle von Pullman Zamzam wählen, wenn Sie einen strengen Haushalt wie wir haben.
Weil die Lage nicht so weit von der Gate 365 entfernt ist.
Diese Tür ist in der Nähe von Rawdah.

Walking distance to Masjid Nabawi.
Walking distance to Chef Market.
Not recommended if you planning walking with stroller or wheelchair.
Group of friends or DIY Umrah, recommended.
Aram Hotel provided us a sharing washing machine for your own laundry.

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

سمح لي بالدخول قبل موعد الcheck in (حوالي ٩-١٠ ص) بسبب توفر غرفه (عدد الاسرة غير المحجوز لكن لم يكن لدي مانع).
Recommend. خاصة للشباب.
