Das Personal des Hotels ist hilfsbereit, das Zimmer ist größer als ich erwartet hatte. Aber die Ausstattung ist nicht gut genug

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Nabawi-Moschee, der Zimmerservice ist sehr freundlich und hat mein Zimmer jeden Abend gereinigt. Ich werde meiner Familie dieses Hotel für die nächste Reise empfehlen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war groß und bot Platz für drei Personen. Sie haben ständig angerufen, um nach unserem Wohlbefinden zu sehen. Sie kamen täglich zum Putzen. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, und es war nur drei Gehminuten von Ravza entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Das Al Saja Hotel werde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder wählen.

Es ist sehr zufriedenstellend, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, das Personal ist freundlich und gut in der Kundenbetreuung und das Hotel ist sauber und geräumig. Wir haben uns für 4 Betten entschieden und 5 Betten bekommen. Meine Freunde sind mit dem Service dieses Hotels sehr zufrieden. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten und der Preis ist angemessen. Halten Sie sich nicht zu weit von der Moschee entfernt, indem Sie bis zu 5 Minuten zu Fuß gehen..😀

We had a genuinely wonderful stay at Saja Al Madina! Honestly, the location is everything—it made visiting the Prophet's Mosque so incredibly easy and stress-free. Being able to walk there in minutes was a tremendous blessing and the hotel’s greatest asset. But it wasn't just the proximity; the staff made a huge difference. Everyone we encountered, from the people at check-in to the housekeeping team, was professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. We felt genuinely valued as guests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and provided a much-needed, serene sanctuary after a long day. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located hotel for your visit to Madinah, we couldn't recommend Saja Al Madina more highly. Thank you for a truly peaceful experience!

Clean and efficient service. A highly recommendable place close to the Haram

It is quite well known that Saja Madinah is very royal with their guests. We've got our room upgraded *************. They also routinely asked if our stay was pleasant and stuff. The breakfast variety was nice and tasty. However, please bear in mind that there is an ongoing construction right in the front of the hotel and the noise is quite terrible. But it didn't last long. A very warm hotel and service. Super recommended

Excellent location just north of Masjid Nabawi—about 7 minutes’ walk to the women’s entrance at the northeast corner. Clean and comfortable rooms with good internet. Staff are friendly, and service is consistently warm and professional. Ideal for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort. Close to food outlets and shopping malls. There were initial glitches when the hotel said we did not have a booking. However, Trip.com agent helped clarify the issues promptly and checked in without problem. The receptionist even upgraded our room.
