Große Lage zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wird wieder bleiben!

This is an interesting older hotel. The clerk told me it is under renovation, and I could see it is a work in progress. Here's our observations: Pro: *Very inexpensive. *Our room was clean, the mattress was new, firm and comfortable. *The shower and surround was new, and there were disability bars - nice to have something to hold onto even if you're not disabled. There were lots of hooks to hang things on. *The mini-fridge included a small freezer suitable for ice-paks. *Beautiful chandelier in the lobby. *This will sound a little weird, but the fire alarm went off not too long after we checked in. Fire alarms aren't fun anywhere, but I was reassured because 1) the alarm system and lighting all worked properly and seemed modern, 2) the fire doors all closed automatically as they should, and 3) the desk clerk was able to target the problem and got the issue resolved quickly. I've stayed in some pricier hotels where I've seen fire doors propped open. *The staff was quite nice, and I was impressed with how calm the desk clerk was during the fire alarm episode. *Location was terrific. There are restaurants and interesting things to see within a short walking distance of the hotel. There's a lovely heritage church right beside the hotel - we weren't able to go in, but the stained glass looked stunning, even from the outside. *The window wasn't sealed so you could let fresh air in. *New TV which I was able to connect to my Netflix account without having to ask my husband to decipher the remote controls :-) *The price included a continental breakfast - pretty simple, but you could get coffee and make waffles, toast, cereal. Con: *What bothered me the most was the door to our room didn't have a bar lock or a deadbolt. I saw some rooms had card readers, so I hope the Villa is going in that direction. *Need a rubber mat for the bathtub. *The air conditioner kept the room at a nice temperature, but it was quite noisy especially after the cooling cycle turned off. *The breakfast room could use a radio or TV - it was very quiet. FYI: *It is a downtown hotel and there are unhoused people in the area. No one bothered us and there weren't any unhoused people on the hotel grounds. However, I know some people are upset by the presence of unhoused people. *Our room was plain - it had a very nice antique-style chair and lamp and painting, but the rest of the room was blank or standard hotel furniture. *No microwave, in-room coffee or hair dryer. *The car parking lot is locked at night. This hotel was good value and I suspect it will be fancier (and more expensive!) some day, but at this point in its development, go in with budget hotel expectations.

BEST indoor waterpark for hotel! Great for little children, waterslide and saltwater hot tub!! I gave 4 stars because one other time we stayed, the room hadn't been cleaned properly but we talked to manager and we got a discount on the room; they were really good about this, believe me, some places are not! Pricey, maybe, but the pool area alone is worth it!! Breakfast was good too.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a friendly face. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I like the shower cause it has a removable shower head. The best are medium firmness to them. But one thing that is terrible are the pillows. Bring your own. The free breakfast is like any normal hotel with nothing that special to it but is good.

Die Wartezeit ist nicht für drei, nur zwei sind bereit. Als ich den Hallen kontaktierte, erzählte mir jemand, dass die Reinigungskräfte zurück sind, so dass ich es nicht übergeben kann, wenn nicht morgen.

Wir vermieten die Honeymoon Suite für unser 1-jähriges Hochzeitstag. Pros: Das Zimmer war sauber und willkommen. Es war vernünftig bezahlt. Es ist massiv und konnte leicht schlafen 6-8 Menschen! Es gab ein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, 2 Waschzimmer, 2 TVs, ein King-Size-Bett, Gas-Feuerplatz, Balkon und ein Herz-shaped-Tube. Das Personal bei der Eincheckung war sehr freundlich. Kons: Die TVs sind ziemlich klein für die Lage. Sie sind schwer zu sehen aus dem Bett und dem Tube. Die Blinden auf den wunderschönen Fenstern blockieren überhaupt kein Licht. Wir haben Gesicht voll von hellem Sonnenlicht und früh! Das Frühstück war bis 9:30 Uhr, aber als wir um 8:50 Uhr heruntergekommen war es ziemlich weit weg. So haben wir nur schlanke Picking. Das Zimmer ist neben einem Lagerraum, so dass es manchmal etwas laut wurde. Die Eismaschine auf unserem Boden war am anderen Ende ... und zerbrochen. So mussten wir ganz den Meander nehmen, um Eis zu bekommen. Alles in mir würde aber nochmal bleiben!

Wir blieben 2 Nächte und das war ein Rückbesuch! Zuerst die tollen Dinge über das Hotel. Niedriges Pool-Gebiet, tolles Frühstück! Ich liebe die heißen Artikel und alle Auswahl an Brot. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, einige Punkte auf dem Teppich aber ok. Das Bett war nur ok, hätte ein besseres Bett ausgebreitet, nur ein dünner Schrank??? Viele Handtücher im Badezimmer, dünn aber ok. insgesamt gut für das, was Sie zahlen! Checkout war eine lange Warte, draußen in der coolen Morgenluft. Warum müssen Sie eine $200 Einlage auf Ihrem CC zahlen , ist es nicht genug, wenn Sie einen leeren Abdruck nehmen. Das haben wir nie gesehen, und wir reisen viel über die ganze Welt. Arme Lady auf dem Desk, muss Kredite jeden Morgen machen! WHY????? . Denn etwa 15 Minuten kam niemand sogar aus der Lobby, es muss ein Problem mit einem der Gäste gewesen sein, Aber WAS KANN WIR NICHT DURCH DIE KLEINSCHREIBUNG IN einem SCHACHTEL UND VERLAUFEN, ODER VERLAUFEN IN DER RUM??? Durch Gesetz können Sie nicht einmal die Karten zurück beantragen. Ich besuche MH oft und muss mich fragen, ob ich hier nochmal bleiben möchte! Hoffentlich beantwortet das Management diese.
