The apartment is a first floor walkup with two balconies, beautiful garden, just right next to one of the condo pools. (One of our complex's pools is under repair since May 29, 2025.) Within 10-20 minutes of golf courses, casinos, horse race track, bike trail, restaurants, shopping mall (Beltz Outlets), and the world famous attraction El Yunque Rain Forest (waterfalls and natural swimming pools). Just minutes away from the town of Fajardo with ferries to the islands of Culebra (Flamenco's world class beach) and Vieques. Important Note: In Puerto Rico is highly recommended to rent a car, public transport is nonexistent and taxi service is very expensive. On the South Playa Santa in Guánica, Buyé in Cabo Rojo, Combate in Cabo Rojo or a day at Caja de Muertos from Ponce (there is a private boat that takes you there for the day). Also, you can check daily snorkeling trips from Fajardo to Culebra or Icacos.
