The room we stayed in seemed a bit older and dated but the staff was amazing. Always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast with a view was a wonderful start to the day. Hotel is near many dining and shopping options. We had a great time!

I had an amazing time at this place. Staff was very friendly and attentive; hard workers. The place lived up to my expectations; very clean and neat. The location couldn’t had been better; very close by to parque Lleras and the fun and exciting night life in el Poblado

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They were always willing to help with a smile, which immediately made me feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the nice coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice – it was the perfect way to start my day. Now, let's talk about the suite I stayed in. It was cozy and incredibly well-distributed, making the most of the available space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, I did find the pillows to be a bit on the hard side. It would be fantastic if they could provide an extra pillow that's on the softer side, as I think many guests would highly appreciate that. Overall, I want to express my gratitude for making my stay at the hotel such a pleasant one. It was a memorable experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I love the location , it has all the shopping and great restaurants walking distance . They have great laundry services and the staff is very friendly .

Especially the staff... Incredible. The hotel is being remodeled to a more modern look and feel. Overall our stay was great.

The kitchen cabinets falling off the hinges Balcony door would open or close and than fell off almost killing me There where dead birds on the balcony The water smelled horrible All lien smelled horrible and pillows where really smelly bugs everywhere. Otherwise not so bad
