Landmark Hotel

We only stayed one night, but wished we’d stay longer. We found this hotel via other people’s reviews. Prior to our stay they were in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and we’re happy to help answer all my questions. We do not speak much Spanish and they were happy to Translate and set up anything we needed. Staff help me find dinner, reservations, answered questions about taxis to Guatape, really just extremely helpful! We stayed at five star resorts in Columbia on this trip that didn’t have this level of service. Hotel room was small but had fresh water and everything we needed, great accommodations for the price! 5 stars to the owner and staff, we will definitely stay again!! Also, the two restaurants inside the hotel are both amazing, definitely worth checking out !

We had a really fantastic stay here from start to finish - no complaints. Friendly welcoming staff with a very easy check in. Rooms spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Good shower. Had a balcony. Safe in the room. Decor is lovely throughout. Free laundry service which really helped us. The rooftop pool is lovely in the evening, not too crowded and lovely views. Free tea and coffee in the reception area. Great location and neighbourhood. Would highly recommend - we had such a lovely stay here!!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Landmark. This hotel is located in the Manila area of Poblado which is filled with amazing restaurants and bars but is also much quieter than the commercial areas of Poblado like Provenza. The attention to detail in terms of design, the cafe in the ground floor, access to yoga and fast casual spot were all fab. They also have a tour company on site and a great pool, gym and jacuzzi. Our room was a little small but we knew what we’d booked. The size felt very European. You can book bigger rooms and we did love our balcony. Super thrilled with this hotel!

The hotel is located in a good location and is quite beautiful and has nice and nice rooms. The rooftop pool is very nice with a separate heated area and a bar that charges for drinks immediately and not upon leaving the hotel. The only drawback is that they do not provide special towels for the pool. The breakfast offer is quite limited without a buffet table but the breakfast offered is delicious. The staff is helpful except for the maids who should clean and vacuum the floors more thoroughly. All in all, a pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel.

The best place ever, i can’t explain how comfortable you can feel when you spend some time in this wonderful place. The pool on the rooftop is super, the restaurants, the atmosphere, everything is simply perfect. I need to be back soon. Is clean and cozy.

The pool is closed and we have kids and friends that cannot enjoy the amenities paid for in the high price. Nobody offered our group anything to compensate for this. And to top it all, all the staff seem to have a nasty eye toward African Americans. But I’m talking US born African Americans. It’s like we are weird or foreign to them even though they have an African ethnic group here. The hotel is on the restaurant side plagued by constant noise from the construction nest door and when they open the gym the bugs get in and bite. I mean big bugs, for real. Did not feel welcomed or cared for. Nasty experience in my honest opinion.
