Ich habe das Ibis Medellin für 10 Nächte über die ALL Webseite gebucht und Diese zum größten Teil mit angesammelten Rewards Punkten im Voraus bezahlt. Den Rest sollte ich im Hotel zahlen. Allerdings passierte hier, das der Gesamtbetrag über die Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Die Dame sagte mir, man volle den Betrag, bzw. die Differenz wieder gutschreiben, was bis zu 10 Tage dauern könne. Auf Nachfragen nach 15 Tage wurde mir sehr kurz und knapp geschrieben, dass es noch in Bearbeitung sei. Einige Tage später wurde mir nicht der Betrag gutgeschrieben, sondern die Punkte. Auf Schreiben und Erinnerungen, das ich damit nicht einverstanden sei, erhielt ich weder vom Hotel, noch vom ALL Kundenservice eine Antwort. Professionell ist so ein Kundenservice in keinster Weise! Bei meinen ca. 120-130 Übernachtungen pro Jahr, fast alle Geschäftlich, war Accor immer an erster Stelle gesetzt. Aber auch andere Hotelketten (IHG oder Marriott) haben schöne Hotels und gute Rewards Programme!!! Das Ibis Medellin ist ein klassisches Ibis. Zimmer sind sauber und habe eine passende Größe. Frühstück entspricht dem südamerikanischen Still. Betten haben unter dem Bettlaken einen Plastikschutz (Unangenehm).

Three men walked into my room during my stay unannounced while two of my roommates were undressed and hotel management won’t do anything about it!! I rented 9 hotel rooms and a conference room at Hotel Dorado for 30 leaders of my nonprofit org for 4 days. On day 2 of our stay a mysterious man bolted into our room unannounced and saw my roommate completely undressed. Why would someone outside of our party could have access to our room!? We went to hotel managers Joanna and Marco and they won’t do a single thing about it. They tell us it is not a big deal just “a matter of perspective”. Shortly after reporting this, Marco charged into our room with another man behind him completely unannounced, didn’t knock, just opened the door while yet ANOTHER girl was undressing and would not leave the room claiming he is trying to “fix the problem”. Marco and Joanna need to be fired! At this point all the girls in my organization were scared, some were crying, we all felt completely UNSAFE. The management was harassing us. They have camera’s on every floor and when we asked they claim there is no footage of these events (how convenient!!!) so now we are filing suit against them so they can release the footage to us. On top of all of this mental &emotional trauma my girls went through,I spent over $3,000 for hotel rooms, conference room, and hotel catering and the hotel won’t refund us for the services and rooms we didn’t use after the incidents.This would be THE VERY LEAST they can do.

Wir hätten dieses Hotel bei 5* bewertet, aber eine Auscheck-Ausgabe hat den ganzen Aufenthalt für uns vernichtet! Ja, das Zimmer brauchte etwas Aufmerksamkeit - die Dusche griff aus dem Deckel, die Dusche Handtücher kam aus dem Temperaturregler jedes Mal, wenn Sie es eingestellt, der Toilettensitz lief und musste für mich gehalten werden (männlich!),, Das WC selbst war nicht gleichmäßig im Raum zwischen dem Duschebildschirm und der Wand und machte Sie auf dem sitzen unbehaglich, da Sie dann abgeschüttet werden ........Aber keine dieser waren groß und hätte unseren Aufenthalt nicht sehr ernst beeinflusst. Wir genossen das Frühstück und das Personal, im Allgemeinen waren sehr gut und hilfreich Nach dem Abreisen, verließen wir eine 50,000 COP Tipp. Dann, Bei Eintritt in unser Taxi, wurden wir zurückgerufen, um zu sagen, wir brauchen 50.000 COP für eine ”gebrochene Tür Schlüsselkarte” zu zahlen. Die vorangegangene Nacht die Türkarte funktionierte nicht und es wurde zu diesem Zeitpunkt nichts ersetzt. Jetzt offensichtlich hatten wir ”beschädigt” es ich weigerte zu zahlen & sagte, wenn sie das Geld von der 50,000 COP Tipp ich in Hunderten von Hotels mit elektronischen Schlüsselkarten geblieben haben und wenn sie jemals ein Problem hatten, Sie wurden neu programmiert oder ersetzt ohne Frage Ich habe nie diese Situation vor & ich war irritiert & sehr enttäuscht, dass nach einem großen Aufenthalt, so endete es. Wie ich sagte, das wäre wahrscheinlich eine 5* Bewertung .....

Wir hatten auf unseres Rundreise nochmal eine Nacht in Medellín und haben am Tag davor spontan gebucht - umgerechnet 30€ für 2 Personen inkl Frühstück! Lage top!!! Personal super freundlich, Zimmer sauber - endlich wieder eine Dusche mit warm Wasser und Fön :) (ja als Frau vermisst man das dann doch irgendwann), Zimmer war riesig, 2 große bequeme Betten, begehbare xxl Dusche ...Blick über Medellin... Pool sah gut aus - haben wir aber bei einer Nacht nicht genutzt...gym etwas heruntergekommen aber zum trainieren reicht es :) Einzig beim Frühstück war so viel los das wir erstmal warten mussten das wir überhaupt einen Tisch bekamen...kamen demnach auch nicht ganz so mit dem auffüllen des buffet nach aber auch hier war die Auswahl und Qualität absolut in Ordnung! Ich würde wieder buchen!!!

Es un hotel nuevo ( supuestamente 5 estrellas) pero.. no funcionan cosas básicas como la luz del baño, que es un mando muy moderno ( las luces son todas con un mando que varían la intensidad etc.. pero muchos ya tienen borradas las letras que indican su función)
Nos cambiamos de habitación..en ésta habitación no funcionaba la apertura de un armario superior ( totalmente necesario dado que viajamos por largo tiempo y tenemos equipaje 🧳🧳)
Teníamos desayuno incluido pero debido a los diferentes tour sólo pudimos desayunar el primer día..y nos dijeron que no preparaban para llevar. Si a eso añadimos que no había nevera, ni para preparar café o té en la habitación..muy decepcionante
Tuve que solicitar un gorro de ducha ya que ésta es de lluvia...( Les pareció raro 🤦🏼) también un vaso 🥛 que pedí para el baño y....nunca llegó
No hay ventanas para ventilar.. del hall llega mucho olor a comida hasta la entrada de la habitación y hay ruido por las noches de los bares de al lado y de la carretera..
Creo que tienen que mejorar muucho la atención a los clientes y dar servicios mínimos para una categoría no ya de 5 sino incluso de 3 estrellas..( las cajas fuertes nos dijeron que todavía no estaban en funcionamiento.
La habitación no nos la hicieron.. un día, no se el motivo

Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens. Wir kamen spät, wenn wir die Zollabfertigung entnommen unsere Taschen es war nahe 2.00 Uhr. Leider konnte ich die Nummer des Hotels nicht finden, um den Shuttle zu rufen, wir nahmen ein Taxi und es belastete $60.000 pesos, die wie $13.dollars sind. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel, wir hatten eine Suite. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die AC funktioniert gut. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut mit einer großen Vielfalt. Absolut empfehlen Sie diesen Ort.

Me gustó mucho el servicio, las personas son muy amables. La habitación muy cómoda, organizada, cada detalle bien cuidado, la cama súper cómoda. El restaurante es muy bonito también, la comida estuvo muy rápido y estaba muy rica. Había música en vivo, toda la experiencia fue inolvidable. El lugar es tranquilo, seguro, los súper recomiendo.

Ich wähle diese Grundstücksbasis auf der Hotel-Website und wenige Bewertungen online. 5 Starts Hotel bedeutet einen außergewöhnlichen Service, Kundenservice, und oberhalb und über den Kundenservice. Mein Zimmer war 1306 sehr klein, Grundzimmer, nicht willkommen Einrichtungen (Wasserkampf oder irgendwelche Süßigkeiten wie andere 5 Start-Hotels. Die Handtücher sind absolut unpassend wie alte und gefärbte Handtücher, einige mit Bettwäsche. Die Stühle waren nicht in guter Form und schmutzig. Der Stühle war nicht schmutzig, aber sie sehen alt und wetterlich aus. Frühstück war lecker, lokales Essen, und mehrere Wahlen zum Essen, kontinental & amerikanischer Frühstücksstil verfügbar. Der Teil ist extrem klein Mikrobrot , so müssen Sie in Ihre Platte platzieren können Stücke, weil sie zu klein sind. Armer Kundenservice und die meisten Mitarbeiter fühlen sich nur, weil sie im Hotel arbeiten. Außer wenigen Menschen. Bei meiner Ankunft nicht höflich überhaupt, keine Wasserflasche ergänzend so im Vergleich zum Urlaub Inn Express & Suites gelegen ein Block unten, die über & über geht, um uns zu begrüßen im Hotel. Für den Preis, den ich bezahlte, ist es nicht sinnvoll, große Mengen an Geld für zu verbringen. Sehr schlechter Service. Das Hotel Bellman (April 2) am Morgen. War die außergewöhnliche Person als die Mädel in meinem Zimmer (Mary)
