Der Aufenthalt war ganz schön, Waschraum und Warmwasser funktionieren auch einwandfrei. Schnelles WLAN und schneller Check-in. Ich liebe auch, dass es im Hotel ein Massage-Spa zu erschwinglichen Preisen gibt, aber als Malaysier würde ich sagen, dass es ziemlich günstig ist, wenn man einen Rabattgutschein bekommt. Wenn Sie nicht wirklich ausgehen möchten, können Sie das Essen vom Zimmerservice bestellen, dessen Portionen (für mich) auch ziemlich groß sind, und das Tempe Goreng mit der Sambal-Sauce war so lecker. Vor dem Hotel gibt es mehrere private Taxidienste (Geländewagen) mit Preisspannen wie 1 Million IDR nach Parapat (See Toba) und 700.000 IDR nach Siantar. Nur für den Fall, dass Sie in letzter Minute nach Danau Toba fahren möchten und habe keine Supir im Voraus gebucht
Das Einzige, was ich mir wünsche, dass sie gewechselt werden, ist das Badetuch. Bitte tauschen Sie es gegen das neue und weichere aus. Der ganze Faden kommt aus dem Handtuch.

This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless.
I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️
It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.

Overall service standards were impressive especially f&b staff Ivana and her team at breakfast cafe. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and value for money. On my day of check out there were multiple power cuts and house keeping and other guest floor service staff and even guest never cease to slam room door on entry or exiting. Overall house keeping and other service staff efficiency commendable including concierge who were very willing in their service. I will surly stay there on my next trip. Ivana showed exemplary leadership qualities and very hands on type of a person.

So far our experience is great , we booked 3 rooms and the room was clean and comfortable, just the breakfast area it’s too small , like us came with big family it’s hard to find the table for breakfast, the food was oke . Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

Aryaduta hat in Indonesien einen großen Namen. Aber ich bin von der Sauberkeit völlig enttäuscht. Habe eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer gefunden. Was das Handtuch angeht, kann ich nicht sagen, welche Farbe es hat. Auf keinen Fall weiß, nicht einmal gelblich, sondern fast grau. Und es hat ein Loch, wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können, das ich hier hochlade. Ich blieb für 2 Nächte und hatte in der 1. Nacht eine schlechte Erfahrung, also bat ich um Stornierung, aber leider ist das nicht möglich. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, sie geben mir sogar Obst als Kompliment und wechseln das Handtuch. Aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich wieder hierher kommen und wieder hier übernachten sollte. Vielleicht mache ich das, wenn sie das mit der Sauberkeit in Ordnung bringen.

Es gibt viele köstliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Dies ist mein erstes Mal in Medan. Dieses Hotel liegt direkt neben der Polizeistation und ist sehr sicher. Darüber hinaus befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hotels die Ausstellungshalle für Ausstellungen, was sehr praktisch ist.

The place is new and clean, the room and bathroom are nice too. Bed is really comfy. The floor staff are nice!
There’s a Bistronomix at level 2 and it’s really nice chilling there at night. The vibes are great. We even had welcome drinks (non-alcoholic)!
I’ve read about the comments that there’s a club on the 16th floor which can get quite noisy at night which i’m prepared for. So i’m absolutely good with this. I was on the 9th floor and i’m able to hear the bass but it was quite soft.
You may hear the train honking early in the morning too. Just bring earbuds for it.

Nice room and my son enjoy the pool very much. The view is amazing. Tried the massage and feeling good. The customer service at the front desk, Shanti is very friendly and arrange us at the high floor room with the great view. We love it. Thanks to Shanti. We also tried Jade Restaurant, the foods are delicious and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast have a lot of variety and the cake shop named M is also very nice. Will be back again for our upcoming stay.

AAhmadRThis well-known hotel that has chain worldwide could be one of the best choices to stay in Medan. Its has a rooftop pool that view the Medan city. However, the toilet need to be clean properly as the dirty on the wall. Since its rated as 4 star hotel, its should be take care of cleanliness of the toilet and also the room wall. GGastnutzerEmpfehlenswertes Hotel, der Service von der Eingangskontrolle bis zum Parken ist sehr zufriedenstellend, der Sicherheitsdienst begleitet und leitet den Parkplatz, die Rezeptionistin ist auch sehr freundlich, obwohl das Hotel ein altes Gebäude ist, ist es aber sehr sauber und gepflegt, zum Frühstück gibt es viele Variationen auf der Speisekarte, da es sich um einen Familienurlaub handelt, bestellen Sie ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das Hotel bietet den Hotelgästen auch Unterhaltung mit Löwentanzaufführungen zum chinesischen Neujahr

ИИгорь БушинНеплохой аппартотель, относительно недорого, большой номер-квартира, хорошая кровать, балкон, большая гостиная. В отеле нет ресторана, зато доставка работает на пять баллов. Находится в хорошем районе, рядом много всего полезного, от банкоматов, молов, до ресторанчиков и продовольственных магазинов. Район безопасный, современный, освещенный. На ресепшене отзывчивый персонал, помог с такси до оз. Тоба, хотя можно было воспользоваться приложением Bluebird ( Граб отказался везти). Курить вроде как бы нельзя, даже на балконе, но если сильно хочется, то можно :)) Единственный недостаток - плохая звукоизоляция с улицей, иногда ночные гонщики мешают спать.

YYau ZWGrand Sakura 4*Hotel is conveniently located near Medan Centerpoint and Railway Train Station. Excellent facilities such as 2 restaurants, services booking counter, tidbits selling counter, 2 elevators lift and a team of friendly concierge staffs dressed in Indonesian Batik uniform. Buffet breakfast (7-10am) offered good Nasi Lemak and noodles. Do try the plain tea with sugar after a spicy meal to reset the palate. Decent standard room comes with fridge, safe etc. However, an unconnected WIFI as a results I had to use my 4G data mobile hotspot for my laptop and the room power socket points are few.
Nearby spot a crowded and delicious eateries outlet (KUPI) runs by BAI Train where you can try Indonesian foods, DimSum and Western. Do make order payment at the centre counter before proceeding to inform stalls. I did it with Google Translate App. (Eng to Indo)

SShekhar KarlFRONTDESK: Absolutely great people, from start till the time a check out - the level is service is no where incomparable to any of the hotels I have stayed in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam or Thailand. Most of the time, traveling in these countries they tend to worship westerners but in Indonesia everyone are treated equally as guests.
The only problem I had with this hotel was the room - it was dim, no plug or USB point to plug my laptop and work gadgets or comfortable chair or table to work from - it was a business trip and need strong WiFi as well. (Just my room, I cant speak for the rest) - but when my driver picked my airport - he did ask why i did I chose to stay at Grand Inna??
The place needs a big upgrade and refurbishment. The location is Ideal to be in the city centre, nice eateries around but room not so great.
Food is great though.

MmirahazwaniDie Lage dieses Hotels ist nahe der USU und Malls. Ich liebe die Gastfreundschaft hier, die sauberere saubere das Hotelzimmer jeden Tag, sie wechseln zu einem neuen Handtuch jeden Tag. Das Frühstücksmenü ist ein wenig begrenzt und für die Getränke serviert sie nur Kaffee, Tee, sauberes Wasser und oranges Herzwasser jeden Tag. Das WiFi ist schnell. Das günstige Standardzimmer ist ziemlich klein und nur für 2 Personen geeignet, wenn Sie Ihre Kinder mitbringen möchten, buchen Sie bitte ein größeres Zimmer.Wenn Sie nach billigen Hotels in Medan mit guter Lage und Service suchen, ich denke das Batik Hotel ist die beste Wette. Ich würde in Zukunft sicher wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben.
