I stayed 4/21/23…the front desk attendant Anthony was a pleasure! The best customer service I have received in a long time. He immediately acknowledged me as a platinum elite member. He also immediately transferred 500 welcome points to my acct and gave me 2 free bottled waters. I loved the free upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, clean with a great view of the lake. The bathroom was large and clean. It’s also very convenient to restaurants, gas stations, Walmart & the highway. The breakfast was excellent! I wish could have had more time to eat it. The lobby is nice, spacious and clean. My only issues was the room was too dark. The big lamp light bulb was out and the 2 switches at the front door was useless. I didn’t understand how to light up the entire room. I will admit that I didn’t notify anyone of it. I had just driven 6 hrs and had to get up early for my daughter’s track meet so I just fell asleep. I truly enjoyed my stay that night. Thank you again Anthony!

***Don’t book here for important events!!*** I came to this hotel for a wedding on Saturday June 1st. The wedding hosts had reserved a set amount of rooms with a discount rate when I booked a king room on April 10th. I had called on Friday May 31st to see if I could check in early, and I was instructed not quite and to try again the next day when I arrive from my flight and they might have a room ready when I arrive. I arrived at 11ish, I call and was told they updated my reservation but no room ready yet. I get there at 12 and I check again, no room ready yet. They said most likely a room won’t be available until normal check in time at 4pm. All this I could understand bc I was requesting to check in early. At 4pm, I tried to check in and was told that they oversold rooms and they did not have a room for me and had no idea when they would have a room. The wedding was at 6pm and I needed to leave at 5pm to make it on time. Crazy!! I was offered the transfer room in the lobby to change and get ready for the wedding but it was still extremely uncomfortable and I was even late for the wedding because someone else was using the room before me!! Fast forward to after the wedding, I get back to the hotel by around 11:30pm. Still no room!!! I was told the assistant manager was cleaning the room as all the housing staff had left for the day. There was even another gentleman in front of me who said he was waiting for 2 hrs for his room and also was told the assistant gm was cleaning his room too. He also told me the hotel overbooked by 11 rooms(which I can’t verify but I certainly believe). I proceed to wait another hour(!!) for my room to be cleaner. At this point it’s around 12:30AM, I’m extremely tired and cranky. Michelle the AGM comes down and informs me my room is ready, which the only positive thing about this horribleeeee experience was Michelle as I could tell she was frazzled with the mess that was left for her and from cleaning rooms, but she was still nice and understanding when I talked to her. And I guess the king bedrooms were all out as I was given a room with two queens just for myself. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel in Charlotte again, nor will I want to stay at any other Hilton Canopy since this seems to be an issue with the reservation system more than anything. Stay away if you have an important event planned for your stay!!

Hatte eine Mikrowelle, und Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Gefrierfach! Nur außerhalb der Stadt zu weg von Stauungen, aber nicht zu weit. Wir haben die Einrichtungen nicht wirklich genutzt, aber es war ein.rein komfortabler Ort. Super freundlich und freundliches Personal. Komfortable Betten sauber Badezimmer und gute Schrottgarten! Wenn wir in der Gegend sind und ein Hotel brauchen, würden wir definitiv zurückkehren

In Charlotte wurde als Familienmitglied in diesem Hotel verheiratet. Als ich die Buchung gemacht habe, gab es keine Erwähnung von Renovierungen, die im Hotel stattfanden. Ein Teil der Lobby- und Pool-Gebiet waren unter Bau, Und die Aufzüge funktionierten nicht! . Wir wurden ein Zimmer im dritten Stock zugewiesen und mussten Gepäck auf die Treppen tragen. Nur nicht ideal. Wir hatten keine Zeit, um ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, da wir Kleidung wechseln und zum Abendessen weitergehen mussten. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr angenehm und graziös. Genießt die vielen Objekte zum Frühstück. Ich wünschte, wir hätten uns über die Bau- und Aufzugsfragen informiert.

In der Tat ist dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich in unserem 3. Das Design dieser einzigartigen Homewood Suites ist faszinierend und die Layouts sorgten für einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur waren großartig und unsere begrenzten Interaktionen mit dem Personal waren angenehmen. Das Frühstück war bedienbar, und niemand in unserem Clan ging hungrig weg. Die Lage ist großartig für jemanden, der im Herzen von Davidson in der Nähe von Essen und Dingen zu verbleiben möchte. Wir werden sicher hier wieder bleiben, wenn wir die Notwendigkeit haben!
