"Insgesamt ist das Zimmer schöner als der Preis vermuten lässt. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn und ist ein praktischer Rastplatz. Das heißt, als ich die Lobby betrat, war ich vom Gestank vielleicht ethnischer Küche überrascht. Glücklicherweise waren die Flure weiter unten besser und mein Zimmer war in Ordnung. Meine einzigen Beschwerden über das Zimmer waren sehr typisch in Bezug auf den Badezimmerumbau, der in der Regel ohne Sorgfalt behoben wurde."

"Umg. Das erste Stockzimmer war wie ein Grundstück von jemandem. Der Boden (nicht Teppich) war ein modernes Linoleum. Kein Bild oder Dekoration überall. Kann eine Gefängniszelle sein. Fernseher auf der Decke.
Das Badezimmer sah teilweise aktualisiert aus. Sehr schöner Spiegel mit Licht.
Das Zimmer war direkt neben der Fronteincheckung und damit die Tür. Es war ein tolerables Lärm bis 11:30, als uns offensichtlich einige Lautsprecher im Lobby wachgemacht."

Timeless, charming bungalow with all of the necessities of home! This cozy home is perfect for friends, families, or travelers seeking comfort and style. The house is located about 5 miles from the airport, 1 mile from ISU & IWU and walking distance to the hospital and Uptown to dine and shop, location is a guest favorite! The neighborhood is quaint, there is a grade school a few doors down with a nice jungle gym for the kids. The constitution trail is 1/2 mile from the house, great for pets, walks and biking, or, just rest and relax. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and both fireplaces light with remotes. Comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house.

* You have 100% responsibility for damages cause accidents by you and your group during your stay.
* We are located in super quiet neighborhood, would kindly ask you to stay in quiet from 10pm - 7am while you stay.
* Trash can goes to curb Monday evening for early Tuesday morning pick up, recycling is every other Tuesday. Please take it back to garage during your stay. * We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping.
* Please note that the fireplace is not operational.

Cozy bungalow home with LOTS of space. Modern decor throughout, fenced in yard, 1/2 mile from uptown. Location is a guest favorite for waking to uptown to dine and shop. Bath towels, linens, pillows and mattresses are all new, chosen with 'comfort' in mind

Walking distance to uptown for dining, shopping, events. Walking distance to The Constitution Trail, 45 mile of hard surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area. Great for walks, biking, rollerblading, dogs. Beautiful scenery

All modern yet cozy furnishing throughout the house. Total of 6 smart tvs, streaming Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and fireplace light with remotes. Very comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house. All beds are memory foam, Tempur-pedic and cooling pillows in the rooms, down filled futon/couch in the unfinished basement bonus room,
Seasons Room -
Large dining table, 2 deep seat down filled couches, 70" smart tv, sound bar, remote candles, pac man gaming, lots of privacy as Seasons Room has an open view to the backyard/patio. This room also has it's own air/heat unit

The elementary school is on the same street a few houses down, great park for climbing and swinging

Corn hole, board games, puzzles, books, cards as well as bad mitten can be found in the basement storage room. 4 cruiser bikes in the the shed that guest are welcome to use to explore the area.
Long driveway holds approximately 4 - 5 vehicles. Parking on the street is allowed on the opposite side of the house.
