"Das Hotel ist schön, sehr bequem gelegen und in einer Spazierweiterung von einem Mall. Zimmer ist Standard, nicht zu groß, aber auch nicht zu klein. Allerdings könnte der Service im Restaurant eine Verbesserung nutzen. Mein Abendessen war am ersten Tag ein zu saurer Hühnerkurr, und am zweiten Tag habe ich einen mittleren guten Steak gefragt und ein sehr gut gefertigtes Steak, den ich nicht essen konnte. Am dritten Tag hatte ich eine gute Pasta, aber sie hatten keine Parmesankäse, wie im Menü angegeben. So viel wie ich das Hotel genossen hatte, war ich jeden Tag während des Abendessens enttäuscht. Das Frühstücksangebot war wirklich gut."

"Mold in the bathroom. Place needs a lot of maintenance. Safe in our room was broken. Food is average at best. The saving grace is the view from the dining area is beautiful and about the only thing you will find that matches the pictures."

"Our team, comprised of United Nations staff from the Congo, recently stayed at the Sibebe Resort. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views, and the staff are excellent and very friendly. However, the major drawback is the poor condition of the uphill access road, which is narrow and full of potholes. Given the resort's status as a landmark for the Kingdom and its incredible views, we hope the government will consider repairing the road to allow more visitors to experience this amazing place. The resort itself is a fantastic and peaceful retreat that showcases nature at its best. While the rooms and structures could use some upgrades and the pool could be cleaner, these are minor points. The staff are wonderful—friendly and very helpful. I would especially like to highlight a wonderful young man named Cedric, with whom we interacted frequently. He is a gem: charismatic, with a great sense of humor and a dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience. He is the go-to person, with extensive knowledge of the area. The food was simple and delicious. If you are ever in the Kingdom of Eswatini, I would highly recommend a stay at the Sibebe Resort."

"It’s honestly just a run down and old place to stay. Nothing is up to date, it feels very very old, as if you’ve been teleported back into the 19th century. The bed was fine but the shower, toilet, living space, kitchenette and outside the room were all run down and weathered, the dining room was even worse, curtains were old, carpets as well and it all had a very odd and damp smell to it, which is understandable because animals were allowed to come in to the dining space (ew). The food at the restaurant is viciously overpriced for the value. The rooms were, however, clean and the staff very friendly, it was cleaned daily and my teas and coffee etc. were topped up. The Wi-Fi was decent, nothing to write home about but decent. The views were incredible, it is situated at a very prime location to see over the mountains - that was the biggest positive. Overall I’d suggest you stay somewhere modern unless you’re well and truly in a situation where nothing else was available like I was."
