Beste Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Mazatlan

My family stayed at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Feb 18-Mar 4, 2023. As always we had a wonderful visit at Pueblo Bonito. We are extremely thankful for the wonderful people working so hard to make our vacation relaxing. Melissa and Enrique are very friendly and helpful. Melissa took such good care of us. My son got sick when we were there and she made sure to help us get a doctor. He was feeling better in no time! At the Cordelier, Carmen, Jairo, Claudio, Nahu, Ariel without fail are welcoming and attentive. At the poolside, Felipe was the absolute best. Antonio at the front entrance was a familiar welcoming face who went above and beyond to help us out. The only negatives I have is that the lounge chairs by the poolside are very uncomfortable. It was quite difficult to get out of the chairs. Also, there was one employee, named Idilia, up front in the lobby that was extremely rude. She approached us when we were waiting and started scolding us. It was very unprofessional and I was quite surprised as everyone else at Pueblo Bonito has been so friendly and helpful.

Zusätzlich, Im Decken gab es Fehler. - Die Hallen im Hotel riechen schlecht, weil das Gepäck außerhalb des Bodens gelagert wurde (Ich habe Bilder) und das offene Eigentum neben der Tür mit einem Gepäckbeseitigungsbereich direkt neben dem Hotel Emporio. - Die Parkplätze dauerten zu lange, um Fahrzeuge zu den Kunden zu bringen. - Die Bar wurde von jungen Leuten besucht, die nicht über den Kundenservice, die Wächter und Bartender müssen ausgebildet werden. Einige Wächter würden Sie für Getränke vor der Lieferung bezahlen, andere würden nicht. Die meisten Kunden mussten zur Bar gehen, weil Wächter keiner an die Bestellungen oder Getränke näherkommen. Schließlich würden die Bartender Musik zufällig spielen und die Songs stoppen/unterbrechen, wenn sie es nicht mögen, was es sehr irritierend macht. - Es war sehr ungünstig, nicht in der Lage, Kaffee, Wasser oder Essen in mein Hotelzimmer zu bringen. Ich empfehle das Hotel für das Frühstücksbuffet. Es hat einen großen Blick, und der Service während des Frühstücks war gut!

Die Lage ihres privaten Strands ist meiner Meinung nach das beste ist es so sauber. Der Service des Hotels ist zu streng. Ich war wegen der Armbandsache in Schwierigkeiten. Einer meiner Familienmitglieder hat ihre Deer gelöscht, indem sie am Strand war und sie wurde gestoppt und gebeten, auf die Rezeption zu gehen, um zu prüfen, ob sie ein Gast im Hotel war, aber wir sagten, die Sicherheit zu schauen, unsere Armbänder und sie waren vom Hotel und meiner Großmutter. Es war auch verschwunden, aber er glaubte uns nicht, so dass wir auf die Rezeption gehen mussten. Es war Zeit verschwunden, dass wir uns mit ihnen zu befassen, nur um sie zu sein, ja, sie sind Gäste. Das Restaurantbuffet im ersten Stock des Hotels ist sehr gut, mexikanischer Stil, 180 Pesos / Person, RMB 66 / Person, Service ist sehr gut! Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants rund um das Hotel, und das Gebäude ist sehr schön, ganz im spanischen Stil. Das war mein erstes Aufenthalt im Park Inn von Radisson in Mazatlan, und seit meiner Ankunft war ich von der Mitarbeiterin begrüßt und der Service war großartig! Ich erlebte das Restaurant für Abendessen und Frühstück und das Essen war frisch und schmecklich! Vielen Dank, Gabriela und Team!
