Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im schönen Chateau de Mazan, die Grundstücke und Einrichtungen sind sehr elegante, der Poolbereich mit vielen Schattenbäumen war perfekt für die 40 Grad Wärme und das Personal vom Hotel Manager bis zum, Hauptpflegepersonal, Rezeption und alle Wartepersonal, die wir von Frühstück bis zu späten Nachtgetränken getroffen haben, waren alle wirklich freundlich, hilfreich und eine Freude zu behandeln. Wir hatten am Bistro einen Tag mit dem Mittagessen auf unserem Aufenthalt, das perfekt war, und Abendessen ein paar Mal, die Qualität der lokalen Speisen und die Fachkenntnis des Kochs war sehr offensichtlich. Wir liebten alles über unseren Aufenthalt und wir werden sicher zurückkehren.

We stayed 2 nights here in July. The hotel is in a great location. 2 minutes walk to the commercial shops, grocery, and nice restaurants. It’s on a street with shady trees that brings the romantic French feeling. The owner Frederic is very knowledgeable and efficient. Our car was towed due to the damage caused by thief. He helped us to communicate with the road assistance and rental company, and found us the replacement car the same day on Sunday which is normally not possible. We really appreciate his kindness, patience and thoughtfulness. We will definitely come back if we are in the region again. Thank you Frederic.

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannenden kurzen Urlaub in diesem schönen Hotel. Unser Zimmer war schön dekoriert und hatte erstaunliche Aussichten. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen gut Englisch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir besuchten Ende Oktober, aber der Außenpool war noch offen (28°C), das Hotel Michelin Star Restaurant war bereits für den Winter geschlossen, aber sein mehr informelles Restaurant war offen. Es gibt ein einfaches Zimmerservicemenü und die Bar macht auch ein paar Snacks. Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Restaurant Le table du Ventoux war gemischt. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aber das Essen war ein wenig enttäuschend. Ich hatte einen Fisch des Tages, der Monkeyfisch war. Es war schön gekocht, aber es war in einem Buttersaft, ein bisschen wie eine Suppe. Nicht sicher, warum jemand so viel Sauce essen würde... mein Manns Hühner war ein bisschen trocken. Wir hatten eine gute Empfehlung des Konzerns, einen Weinberg in Châteauneuf-du-Pape zu besuchen. Die Autoverpflegungsleute waren immer sehr hilfreich und das Hotel hat einen Umdrehungsservice. Eine nette Extra war eine kostenlose Soft Drinks im Minibar.
