We stayed four nights at the Quality Inn & Suites in Little Rock, AR. The hotel was great but a little difficult to find. I would suggest calling ahead to get directions as my GPS wasn't accurate. We were there during the tornado and would have stayed a fifth night except the hotel lost power due to the storm and I required eletrical power for my CPAP machine. The management was kind enough to not charge me for the fifth night even though we didn't check out until around 9:00 p.m. Nice people to work with and a nice facility.

Ihr Schwesterhotel, The Burgundy hatte einen Stromausfall und mit ihrer Hilfe und Ihrer Hilfe, hatten wir einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt, als wir erwarteten, Hotels in einer seltsamen Gegend von uns selbst zu suchen. Nach einem 7-hour Fahren auf dem Weg nach Texas, warst du ein Gott senden. Ihr Inn war leicht zu finden, sauber und komfortabel und wir würden anderen sehr empfehlen, bei der Reise durch das Little Rock-Gebiet mit Ihnen zu bleiben. Freundlicher und effizienter Service kann nicht besiegt werden. Danke für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Ich habe in diesem Hotel im letzten Jahr viele Male geblieben und es ist auch ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Sie haben das freundlichste und hilfreichste Personal, immer lächeln, und nur machen Sie sich so willkommen und komfortabel fühlen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und riecht immer frisch. Ihr Frühstück ist auch jung! Ich möchte Cameron und Sharonda nur einen Riesenumschlag geben, weil ich mich so willkommen fühle, wenn ich besuche. Sie sind sowohl sehr höflich als auch informativ, und ich würde dieses Hotel an alle empfehlen!

Nachdem ich einige der negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte, war ich sehr skeptisch über das Hotel. Es braucht einige Updates (Loch in Komfort und ältere Möbel/Dekor), Aber es war Sehr sauber (was für mich am wichtigsten ist) und komfortabel. Das Bad wurde sehr gut gepflegt und alle Bereiche waren voll mit den erforderlichen Artikeln gespeichert. Das Frühstück war groß, hatte ein wenig von allem und war perfekt gespeichert. Als Familie genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und das Zimmer.

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

Ich blieb hier eine Nacht. Die Lage in der Stadt ist nett, da das alte Staatshaus direkt neben ihm ist und es gibt Orte, um in der Nähe zu essen. Es ist auch direkt am Fluss. Die Lobby war nett und der Typ arbeitete sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer war groß und die Klimaanlage funktionierte groß. Warmwasser dauerte eine Weile. Nächstes Mal würde ich versuchen, eine Flusssicht.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Gutes Vergnügen mit Geschirrspüler im Zimmer. Selbstwascheinrichtungen sind auch im Hotelgemeinsamen Bereich verfügbar.
