I made a reservation at this hotel because it was cheap and as a Wyndham Rewards member I could use a few points and save some money. I was not expecting a luxury hotel but simply a clean, quiet and comfortable place to crash for the night before an early morning departure. I still ended up disappointed. The first disappointment was at check in when I compared my receipt to my email confirmation. This hotel charges $1.50 ($1.61 with tax) for the privilege of having a safe in the room. They would not remove that charge even though I had no need for or intention of using it. I checked my confirmation from Wyndham and it states: ”Room Description Free WiFi, free continental breakfast, mini-refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, bathroom amenities, alarm clock, desk, iron, ironing board, in-room safe”. No where on the confirmation email does it indicate there would be a charge for the in-room safe. I guess I should be happy the hotel did not charge a fee for the coffee/tea maker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board - none of which I used either. The second disappointment was when I went to shower before bed. I looked up and stuff was hanging from the ceiling in the shower. Yuck. I didn't realize it was an ongoing problem until some of the stuff fell on me as I was showering. I looked up and the shower head was spraying water at the ceiling as I used it. I quickly finished and got out of there feeling less than clean. I was also disappointed with the poorly fitted drapes that didn't cover the window very well and let in a lot of light from the parking lot and the poorly fitted door which did nothing to block the noise from the hallway. Needless to say, I won't be staying at this property again and most likely will be avoiding the Wyndham properties in general as I can't trust the room cost on their site and what I will actually be charged. How will I know that the next Wyndham chain won't charge me junk fees as this one did. P.S. - If for some reason you have to stay here make sure you get a second floor room. The noise from above resonates through the floor and you'll hear every footstep from above.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich schön. Es gibt ein riesiges Restaurant namens Twin Peaks, vielleicht 30 Meter von diesem Hotel entfernt, sodass Sie zum Essen nicht weit gehen müssen. Die Rezeption war nett. Ich musste warten, bis mein Zimmer fertig war, aber das war nicht so schlimm. Ich habe ein Kingsize-Bett gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Beleuchtung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sauber. Das Hotel bietet Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner auf dem Zimmer, falls Sie Ihre vergessen sollten. Es gibt einen schönen großen Fernseher im Zimmer und anständige Kanäle. Es gibt auch bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt gefällt mir mein Aufenthalt.

Wir waren in der Stadt für eine Begräbnis und brauchten ein komfortables Hotel für eine Nacht. Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es kürzer aussehen als andere in der Gegend und die Bilder der Suiten scheinen hell und geräumig und sie hatten einen Wohnbereich und eine Sofa. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgewählt und die Zimmerpreise waren sehr vernünftig. Das Zimmer schien neu und war perfekt. Das Königsbett war komfortabel. Es gab einen Bereich, in dem man neben einem entspannenden Bereich draußen mit einem Feuerkabine und künstlichen Stuhl aus der Lobby hangen könnte. Dies war gerade außerhalb des Poolbereichs. Ihre Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich, vor allem Becky, die immer lächelte. Sie war sehr hilfreich, weil wir nach ihrer Rückkehr nach Florida entdeckten, dass meine Frau Lieblings-Pjamas auf der Rückseite der Badezimmertür gehängt waren. Ich rief Becky an und sie prüfte verloren und gefunden und glücklich, dass sie dort waren. Becky untersuchte das Verfahren, das wir brauchen, um sie zurückzuholen und wir sollten sie jeden Tag jetzt. Wenn ich in diesem Bereich noch einmal bleiben müsste, würde ich sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben.

Perfekte Lage und bequeme für viele Orte von Spaß bis zum Essen für Termin- oder Familienaufenthalte. Meine einzige negative wäre, dass bestimmte Zimmer buchstäblich Poolzimmer sind und ich sah zwei verschiedene Momente, wo nur ausgewählte Eltern grob über alle Kinder (auch nicht mit ihnen) gesprochen wurden. Seien Sie laut im Pool wegen Beschwerden und wurde mündlich informiert, dass es ein Privileg für sie war, bis zum Schließen, das ist um 11 Uhr am Pool! Anderenfalls als das, dass falsch geleitet wird ich sagen, es ist ein toller Ort, nur nicht nehmen Sie Ihre Kinder zum Pool, denn wenn sie zu laut werden, wird der Pool früh für “Wartung” bs schließen!

Unser Zimmer wurde nur auf willkürlichen Tagen eingerichtet und auch dann war es nicht wirklich gereinigt. Ich denke, das Bett wurde gemacht und das ist es. Auf unserem letzten vollen Tag, das nicht einmal getan wurde. Manchmal wurden die Abfallbehälter leer, manchmal nicht. In unseren letzten Tagen waren sie überflüssig.
