The hotel is located within walking distance to the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. it is approximately 10-12 min walk. The rooms are quite ok with decent in size for couple & One child. Although Toilets need to be cleaner. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel provides good breakfast. The hotel building is older one, renovation require. The Staff is co-operative.

One of the best properties to stay in heart of the city Mathura. Was here on business trip for consecutive weeks and felt very much homely throughout my stay. The hospitality and the overall vibe here make you feel comfortable and safe. Rooms are well cleaned, and every safety protocol is followed by staff diligently. The front desk, housekeeping, Restaurant and all staff are there for prompt services with warm greet in such a pleasant way that will make you feel more special. Special mention to Front office team : Mr. Madan, Mr. Amit, Mr. Umesh for a very warm welcome, quick check-in’s and courtesy call's…truly impressed! Mr. Ashish : Hotel GM, is always at his best to make your overall stay more comfortable…Thanks ! Not recommended for peaceful people , especially students . This hotel has a marriage and party hall also . Loud music plays in the functions till 1-2 am . I had my exam the next day . Neither could I sleep nor study . Also , adjoining rooms are given to function people who will create noise and commotion the whole day . Kids were ringing my doorbell and attempted to open my room door so many times . It was hellish feeling . Very frustrating.. especially for the decent price I paid for the stay . The landline phone and tv are semi functional . Need to call again and again to get it started . The 2 stars are for the ok food and tea service and room cleaning guys .

I’m stay at sarovar hotel in vrindavan…… stay is very comfortable…..staff verynice and coporative ….food is so nice….service is also good and room is clean ang hygiene………, front office team is very nice specially mention to miss neelam she is very nice and corporative

The food is very tasty. The rooms are clean but they did not clean the room the second day we were there. The cost of an additional 500 rs per day for pet was not mentioned on the website while booking. The staff is courteous. The bed linens were not clean. The bath too could be spruced. A decent place to stay.
