The space This cozy 3rd floor beach apartment has a spectacular view of our national rainforest El Yunque, with a touch of rustic-modern with minimalism look and quotes in all our space I'm sure you can feel the relaxation vibe in it as much as I do. * This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator * - Rooms We have 2 rooms with queen beds, pillows and bed sheets. One of the rooms have a closet and clothing hangers. - Bathroom have cold and hot water, towels, shampoo & condition, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. - Living & Dinning Room We have sofa bed, TV and Dinning Table with 4 chairs. - Electronics 55' inch TV, 30 Mb Wi-FI & Air Conditioner at the Rooms and Living Room - Kitchen All kitchen amenities included such as dish soap and cooking utensils, fridge and refrigerator, Pots & Pans, High end cutting knives, Coffee Maker and Microwave. - Washer & Dryer Use of Washer & Dryer with soap detergent - Parking We have 1 parking space and a plenty parking outside the condo by the street - Safety Control access gate in parking lot and private entrance to enter the condominium. - Beach The closest beach is 2 minutes walk. - Beach Essentials 4 Beach Chairs, 4 Beach Towels, Cooler and Beach Umbrella. Comfort & Safety - Entire apartment is A/C not just bedrooms - Use of Washer & Dryer with Laundry detergent - LOCK BOX available for very late arrivals and check-ins. - Netflix TV - Via your personal Netflix account - Comfortable kitchen - Secured electric fence upon entering with vehicle. - Free covered designated parking as well as free street parking in neighborhood. - Well lit covered parking area - Secured iron gate at apartment entrance door - (1) Fire extinguishers - (in the kitchen) - Exterior showers for getting sand off prior to entering apartment. Guest access What a better place to stay were you can walk at the end of the street and have the beach, Playa Azul. This apartment is ideal and strategic location to discover the rest of the east side of the island. Luquillo offer to the visitors variety of activities such as hiking, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat charters, horse rides, waterfalls, beautiful beaches, and panoramic vistas. Also the East side is home to el Yunque, the only subtropical rainforest in US. This apartment within minutes from our national rainforest El Yunque, where you can discover all the flora, fauna and our beautiful waterfalls. The famous Kiosks, are 3 minutes away were you can try our traditional food. Surfing beaches near by and 20 minutes away from the Fajardo Ferry to our beautiful islands Vieques & Culebra. Also a varieties of local restaurants and more. Other things to note To stay in this location I recommend renting a car or private transportation company, since there are not many accessible 'Uber Drivers' in this area. I can recommend a transportation company. The property's electrical service is connected and depends exclusively on the local company that provides this service in Puerto Rico. Therefore, electrical interruptions are not under our control. If there is any interruption in the service, please notify us as soon as possible.
