"Super schönes, tolles Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr groß und sehr sehr sauber und total bequeme Betten. Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig, Abendessen sehr köstlich. Shuttle Service war Spitze. Es wäre nur super, wenn das Zimmer einen besseren Föhn hätte, mit dicken, langen Haaren ist man ansonsten ewig am Föhnen.😅 Das einzige was an sich nicht so optimal war, ist dass wir das Parken noch zusätzlich bezahlen mussten, die Unterkunft ist nicht günstig und wir haben jeden Abend dort gegessen. Hier wäre es zu überlegen, ob ab einem gewissen Umsatz auf die Parkgebühr von €25 täglich zu verzichten wäre."

Hotel Piccolo Paradiso
"Das Hotel Piccolo Paradiso liegt oberhalb des Hafens von Massa Lumbrense. Es ist sehr hell und freundlich und lädt mit den vielen bunten Fließen zum Aufenthalt ein. Unser Zimmer war mittelgroß, gut ausgestattet und hatte einen Balkon zum Meer – ein wirklich sehr schöner Ausblick, der aber auch extra kostete. Das Bad war ausreichend groß mit Bidet aber leider nur mit einer Dusche in der Badewanne. Das ist für Italien unüblich und für ältere Menschen recht gefährlich zum Ein- und Aussteigen. Die Anzahl von Steckdosen im Zimmer war schlecht, hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Schließlich hat heute jeder Gast ein Handy, Kameras müssen geladen werden und manche Gäste haben auch ein Laptop dabei. Das WLAN funktionierte – wenn auch etwas langsam. Das Frühstück war für einen Mitteleuropäer karg. Immer die gleiche Industriewurst, immer das gleiche Brot. Die Eier musste man selber kochen – habe ich in über 60 Jahren noch nie erlebt. Häufig war das Ei weg, wenn man es holen wollte. Spiegelei oder Rührei gab es nicht. Einfaches Joghurt nur. Kuchen und andere italienische Dolce gab dagegen reichlich. Ja – wir sind in Italien. Aber dieses Hotel wurde in unserer Zeit von zahlreichen deutschen Reisegruppen frequentiert – da könnte man sich doch auch an die Kunden anpassen. Das Abendessen war gut, aber nicht überwältigend. Positiv ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal zu erwähnen. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, aber mehr als drei Sterne sind aufgrund Dusche, Frühstück und Steckdosen einfach nicht drin."

"This place was a great spot for a family vacation. The cabins a well set up with 2 rooms and a functioning kitchenette. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and there was enough space for us all. We really appreciated the restaurant that is reasonably priced. The staff were super helpful. The mini market is really well stocked and very fair prices. The beach is easy to get to, but water shoes are a must! I wish the cabins had mosquito nets on the windows, as we had to sleep with the windows closed. The pool was under renovation when we were there but it will be amazing when it is finished. Our main stress was the lack of Electric vehicle charging options. Most hotels in Sorento have them on their private property and they are for guests only. I wish Nettuno would install a fee for use charging station in their car park."

First the staff was wonderful, from the very informative personnel at the front desk, restaurant staff and very importantly the shuttle drivers who took us back and forth from hotel to Sorrento. The architecture of the hotel is unique and the grounds and pool area on the shores of mediterranean one of a kind. The restaurant breakfast which comes with your stay was excellent with a wide variety . And in the evening if you chose to stay in the food also was very good. The staff, Nicola, Maria, Alfonso, Francesco, Salvatore, Raffaele and Catello made our stay special"

"My wife and I just returned from a three night stay at this wonderful hotel. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with just eight rooms set in a town of 4,000 residents, away from the high activity of nearby areas but close enough to access those by taxi. The garden and pool area are quiet, tranquil and wonderfully manicured. While their we also dined at their Michelin starred restaurant. If you want five star treatment while also feeling like you are visiting family this is the place for you. From the moment we arrived the care and warmth received was remarkable. They truly want you to relax and enjoy your holiday (as an example, after checking us in they suggested we relax by the pool rather than walk the town). Moreover, they want to attend to anything you might need, whether it be a drink, a dinner recommendation or a taxi. The accommodations and grounds are what you would expect from a five star resort: spacious, classy, comfortable, well appointed, and luxurious. There is no detail missed. What far exceeded our expectations was the service received from the employees and family (who spend time living at the property and seem ever present). Every single employee we encountered was a true professional who showed immense pride, enthusiasm and detail in providing hospitality and service. You will see the same faces over you stay and will grow accustomed to their warm greetings, which feel like the greetings of friends. From breakfast to the pool, to lunch and the front desk, you will grow accustomed to their smiling faces and helpful demeanor. As for the front desk, employees like Silvia and Guisy were excellent in every way. And Fortunato, an employee of Don Alfonso of almost 30 years, is the heartbeat of Don Alfonso and a gem in every way. He truly sees to it that every guest has an experience to remember. We dined at Don Alfonso on our last night and enjoyed their tasting menu. The creativity, flavors and presentation were fantastic. The sommelier picked the perfect wines to accompany our meal. The service didn't miss a beat. The meal lasted three hours! And of course, much of the family of Don Alfonso came to the table to make sure everything was to our liking. Our only regret is that we did not stay more than three nights. But, our experience was such that we left talking about when we would be back, which is the best endorsement we could give!"

If you want to have a break from the busy this is the place for you. There is a beautiful pool and exploring to be had on and off of the property.
