Mir hat dieses Hotel wirklich gefallen, der ausgezeichnete Service, die sehr guten Einrichtungen, die Sauberkeit von 10 und das phänomenale Personal, von der Rezeption über die Kellnerin bis hin zum Rettungsschwimmer ... Eine 10 für Ruhe und Komfort.

Leider erst seit letzter Woche zu Hause, da ein Familienmitglied krank war und wir unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen mussten. Uns hat die Ruhe und Stille im Hotel wirklich sehr gefallen. Ich war froh, dass wir uns für ein Hotel nur für Erwachsene entschieden haben. Das Personal ist fürsorglich, nett und arbeitet wirklich hart. Das Hotel ist MAKELLOS. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut. Das einzig NEGATIVE, das ich am Restaurant auszusetzen habe, sind DIE KATZEN, die herumlaufen, während man isst, ekelhaft. Ein großes Lob an JOSE UND TOM an der Rezeption, die mir in jeder Hinsicht geholfen haben, sicherzustellen, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, da ich früh nach Hause musste. 10/10 an beide. Das Resort ist ein bisschen abseits von Dingen, das Hotel muss den Supermarkt besser auffüllen und damit die GÄSTE die Zeit im Restaurant genießen können, muss DAS MANAGEMENT mehr Personal für das Restaurant einstellen. 2 Stunden, um 2 Gänge zu bestellen, ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Ein Mitarbeiter in der Küche und einer im Restaurant, wobei das Restaurant voll ist und auch Online-Bestellungen aus den Zimmern eingehen, ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Das Personal war eindeutig ÜBERRASCHT. Die Poolbar ist ohne Bedeutung für die Gäste, da sie in die Hauptbar/das Hauptrestaurant kommen mussten, um sich vom Personal benachrichtigen zu lassen, da die Poolbar NICHT die ganze Zeit BESETZT war. Klimaanlage nur in den Zimmern, unser Zimmer war oben. Mir gefiel die Tatsache, dass man die Rezeption per WhatsApp erreichen konnte, anstatt nach unten zu gehen, um etwas zu bekommen. Wir bekamen zwei Strandtücher für unseren Aufenthalt, die zweimal pro Woche gewechselt werden können. Die Sonnenliegen direkt vor unserem Zimmer waren toll, obwohl wir keinen Blick auf den Pool hatten, waren wir zufrieden, wo wir waren. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We have just returned from this hotel and everything was perfect for us. We were greeted by a very friendly lady at the desk who answered any questions we had. It is a very quiet complex being adults only, a truly relaxing week. The accommodation is called a bungalow but it has the living/kitchenette and toilet downstairs with the bathroom/2nd toilet and bedroom upstairs. Aircon in the bedroom only. It was clean and tidy. A nice patio with a table and 2 chairs, with 2 sun loungers. We booked our “bungalow” at the back as we preferred a bit more privacy. The swimming pool is a freshwater pool so we didn’t smell of chlorine every time we used it which was lovely. Every member of staff we spoke to had a smile on their face, they were all so friendly. There is a taxi rank just outside the hotel which cost around €5 to take us in to Maspelomas but it is walkable. Found a wonderful Lebanese restaurant close to the hotel called Beirut. Would definitely book again.

So we just stayed for 10 nights over pride and we had a fabulous stay! To keep it really straight to the point: Some minor comments for improvement: 1 - Lighting downstairs could be improved - a lamp would be great as we had to use extractor hood all week 2 - Apartment looking a little tired in places with not much money they could be brought back up to clean and sharp looking. 3 - Grass in chill out is looking scruffy. If this was replaced the area would be more Inviting 4 - 24 hour Shop could be stocked a little better. They lost custom to us sometimes as we went to other local shop for things we could not get. Loads of pro’s for us! 1 - Every single staff member was friendly and lovely. This was so nice and we really appreciated it. Thank you all. Ayu (?!) sorry if not spelt correctly is a credit to hotel! 2 - We loved that it’s very cat friendly and that the staff also look out for the resident cats. More about this below. 3 - Loved having a safe included at no extra cost and it worked well 4 - Food from chill out restaurant was really good! You can order via QR code from your room For food and drinks to be delivered and this was great! 5 - Huge screen in chill out and staff will Play anything they can play for you 6 - Lovely relaxing atmosphere, yes you can play your own ‘quiet’ music without disturbing anyone else but when people played ‘loud’ music it was swiftly and politely dealt with by reception staff. This is not a party resort but you can still have respectable fun and music. 7 - Shower powerful and hot every time 8 - Late check out good fair value. 30 euros until 3pm and 50 euros until 6pm 9 - We requested a sunny pool facing room etc with a couple of room equipment requests and every single ask was met perfectly for arrival. Block 3 facing pool gets the sun alllll day 10 - Downstairs toilet was a bonus 11 - Taxi rank on doorstep - very handy. Also bus stops over the road. Taxi Approx 6/7 Euro into Playa and 4/5 Euro to Meloneras. 12 - Each room has its own sunbeds and there was also plenty around the pool When we arrived a lovely lady next door was looking after the cats in general with some food and water but one cat is elderly Mr Mistoffelees (we believe the reception lady told us he is known as) He is rather thin and matted and old but generally in fair health. He is a beautiful soul and just wanted to be with us for the whole 10 Days. We passed the baton to a newly arrived lady who will continue to feed and look after him and knows him from previous visits. We were unsure if he was a boy or girl, as upon inspection you would think he was female. However Ayu(?!) told us his history. He was On our couch the whole ten days. He may look like he may have mange but he doesn’t and no sign of fleas but the lady next door that handed the baton to us (Hi Michelle?!) said he can’t groom himself well, likely due to arthritis and old age.
