Nice n spacious hotel. Clean and well kept. However there’s a little issue as the toilet has an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was also reasonably acceptable.

Bad experience 1. Air-conditioner was not cold and leaking. 2. Tap does not have hot water option. 3. Water heater pump was from old machine pump. The water was not hot at all. 4. Shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner pump was difficult to pump. Need to pull the head to pump again. Good experience 1. Breakfast was ok. 2. Front desk service was friendly. It was not worth RM200++ at all.

All was good except that the toilet drainage was smelly and our aircon cover was open for some reason. Didn't stop the aircon from working perfectly hence we did not request for them to close the lid. Still a smooth 3D2N stay and receptionists were friendly to assist when we accidentally left our card in the room. The breakfast area and choices were beyond expectation.

Travelled long distance by overnight flights for over 14 hours and reached the hotel just before 1 pm. Had reservation for 4 nights and their official time for check in is 3 pm.Allowed check in at 2.10 pm after over 1 hour wait. Would have been delighted as a customer if check in was allowed at 1 pm considering request and ample availability which they already had. Their checkout time is 12 pm. As a customer, empathy is expected. There were 2 bookings from our side having the same issue. The rooms were allotted after multiple requests. Not a very pleasant way to start the stay with dissatisfaction. Assigned room 911 which had Lot of ants crawling in the room on walls,Study desk and Tea kettle area.Foul smell in the washroom near the sink. Complained to change the room and they refused saying the Housekeeping will clean the room and I must check again. After arriving back from work they asked me to go to the same room saying it's cleaned. Upon entering it's the same with even more ants. Don't know what and how they cleaned. Upon asking again they allotted room 609 without even a word of apology.. Customer service and response poor, specially from the ladies at the reception. Not a place to recommend.

Overall is great. Worth for the price. Simple breakfast but I am good with the lesser choices. The food is delicious. The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. The service is superb.

Convenient location and next to the hospital and several fast food and cafes. Near by.

Fantastic as usual! Return stay for few times! Breakfast taste okay, room is very spacious and easy access to a lot of food stores.

not much vegetarian food during breakfast. also the food were not labeled as "suitable for vegetarian", therefore did not enjoy the breakfast as a vegetarian

Good choice we made. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast with varieties too. Parking is convenient. Worth for money, highly recommend to others , and definitely will come back

Everything ok…. Actually i wrongly book the room.. prefer room with bathtub but its ok.. They deco my room as per my request for my anniversary and i like it very much even simple as no additional charge. Thanks alot. Food also ok. Facilities complete in the room.

A hotel that I always come to stay. They have finally got back their laundry services already ! But ok now it's by third party and takes more than 1 day to get it cleaned.... Still better than nothing I guess.... More improvement can be done on breakfast... Since I started to stay here years ago I can slowly see the breakfast quality dropping. The quality of food is no longer as high.. Room wise it's still good... There's room where WiFi signal can be bad... Have yet to improve on too...
