Bad aircon. First room only warm air only. Reported to front desk. They sent technician. Comes for 1 mins says top up gas and all done. Have yo go down to front desk for room change. 2nd room ac was better but not by much. Carpet was stained and looks dirty. Toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was cold by 8.30am and bland. This will be first and last stay. To avoid.

One night stay at Amansari Residence Resort. Overall okay. A bit noisy coz there's construction nearby . Variety breakfast.

Good location near to port. Having a balcony in each room is great. Although air conditioning can be a hit and miss in some rooms.

I had a short stay over the weekend during Ramadhan. Booked the junior king suite. Room was dated with stained carpet and dated furnitures. Ants on the sink counter. Sofa was so used it’s sunk in so it wasn’t really comfortable sitting there. Aircon was on minimum and full blast in the room and it wasn’t cold. The living room was better so we slept with an open door hoping the colder air outside could come in the room. View was facing a new housing construction. Only 2 towels are given so if u have kids, bring ur own unless u are willing to pay rm25 per towel. One good thing about staying here is that they have a balcony which not many hotels have. Paid for breakfast and the breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast sahur supposed to start at 430am but food wasn’t ready on time.. they were a little late. There was white rice, 1 meat dish, omelette and 1 veggie dish, cereals, toast and some sweet bread, fruits and coffee/tea machine. 2nd breakfast sahur, late again… this time only fried bihun and omelette, toast, fruits and cereals. I asked for another type of egg and they said they don’t provide it. I expected better than this. One of the worst breakfasts we’ve had to be honest. Location, there’s nothing there except for one restaurant across the road which opens till late. That’s about it. All in all, I don’t think I’ll stay here again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Good hotel for staying many days, covered parking area, good service and great staff

Book a big n space apartment with 3 bedroom, good for pax of 6 or family of 4. Kids love to climb up n down. Hotel abit far from shopping mall, but driving should be ok.

I booked the hotel because I read the reviews. However, this is the WORST EVER hotel stay we have ever had. Do note that we stay in JB every weekend. Dirty. The room is so old and reeks of urine smell. Aircon was faulty. The front desk manager was so rude when I spoke to him. Checking out timing was at 1100hrs. We wanted to extend for another half day which we always do at other hotels. The charges was so high, and check out was at 1700hrs. We booked another smaller room cos we really wanted to sleep in. Never ever will we return again. Bed and pillows : 2/10 Services : Manager -1/10 || Other Staff 8/10 View : Totally no view

Location 4 out of 5, breakfast 4 out of 5, staff quality 5 out of 5 ( very friendly and professional), overall experience 4 out of 5, will be better if the management can refurbish the room and facilities

The room was spacious with separated TV area. The breakfast was also good, they changed the menu everyday. They also swimming pool.
